Great potential

I am a 31 years old male with an analytical thinking ability who is able to work well under pressure, I am able to work in a team and have great communication and listening skills. I am in possession of a senior certificate (Matric) and I have also managed to obtain a yearly Certificate in Public Management Certificate as well as National Diploma in Policing from Tshwane University of Technology within a short period of time. I have worked as a Marking Assistant, Receiving Clerk for almost three years and further as the Military Police Intern for a year. I have a proven numerical proficiency and the ability to interact successfully with individuals from a wide range of professional and non-professional backgrounds.

Developing skill

I worked mostly with my audit manager, whom taught me a lot of things in internal auditing division ,especially in government. I experienced a lot regarding the effectiveness of internal control, an dhow those controls can be evaluated

Excellent individual development

Excellent growth opportunity for a matriculant, after leaving school. Learns you how to become independent and responsible in decisionmaking and personal life. You will learn to be discipline and self motivated. You will be educated and skilled in a certain field of study, depending on your Matrix results. At first you will be able to earn a good salary. Since the service is voluntary to your country you have the choice of staying in the Defence force or go out to the private sector. With all said the Military is the best Department to kick start your career as an young individual.

Pros: Free accommodations and free food
Cons: Don't stay too long in the service

Good learning and experience

I am a hard worker, take care on subordinate's well being and safety. Communicate well with co-workers, strive on reaching organizational goals. I have enjoyed my work and learnt a lot.

Good department to learn

I started working for the department at the air force were I acted as a secretary for 12 months from the went to the registry department were I was organising the files of the directorate, managed the personnel leave. After 3,5 years at the air force I was appointment as a senior admin clerk same department but the medical division at the defence force nursing college. I have been at the nursing college since June 2011 were I was managing the leave, clinical hours and administration for students and personnel. In 2013 I would assist the resource manager with logistics and procurement until 2014 when I was moved from students admin to the nursing college logistics bdepartment were I have been in operations till now.

Pros: I have utilised the knowledge I had to further my studies. The learning never ends you learn communication skills
Cons: The fact that men still look down on women doing the same work.

I’ve undergone will develop my potential to become excellent in your company, i can work in a team

I am currently working at the Department of Defence (Procurement Section) as a Senior Provisioning Clerk. I have 3 years National Diploma in Business Management, with Financial Accounting. I am also furthering with my studies at UNISA doing B.Com in Logistics. I have experience in different fields. I am a very hardworking person who learns very quickly and I even ask if there is something which I do not understand, I can even work under pressure and long hours. To establish myself in a dynamic environment where my expertise in the field of accounting can be fully utilized and that the training I’ve undergone will develop my potential to become excellent in your company, my strong interpersonal communication skills were developed by my ability to work in a team.

Pros: It offers an opportunity to further your education and to rotate around the department to learn and to master each office with ease
Cons: Don't make everyone your friend draw a line and discuss only work if you want to stay long in the service.

Excellence Learning

I graduated from University of South Africa. I am currently IT Intern in Department of Defence. I am so energetic, passionate, innovative, managed to work under pressure, problem-solving skills and not easy to intimidate. I had an experience in Hello Mobile Group, as a Database Developer. It is gaven me as experience to DB2 database administration , Installing DB2 Software , Creating DB2 Instance / Database, Managing the DB2 Instance, Managing Storage Structures, Administering User Security , Managing Data Concurrency , Monitor Database Auditing, Database Maintenance, Performing Database export / import.

Cons: 8 Hours per day
