Good learning curve

My contract with the company has since ended. The experience working was good and bad. Good in a sense I got to learn what's it like working in the IT industry. Bad in a sense that I was not doing what I actually wanted to do

Excellent Company To Lean from

Its a really nice environment to work at and the people are really friendly. As a Smart sheet developer i find myself creating Sheets and creating forms,reports and dashboards based on the information given to be. I've Recently been assigned to create a database system that runs through excel suing a vb form that retrieves and updates data into a spreadsheet. What i enjoy most about my day is when i get to learn new things especially when it revolves around coding The most challeging asspect of my job is working on a system that is relatively new and not many people have experience using it.

Always willing to learn

A day at work is full of adventures each client each with a different problem so much challenges. There's always something to learn everyday. Building a Good relationship with Co-works is always Positive for a Good Working environment. I've learned that Good communication is something you cant go wrong with. I enjoy learning new things building my knowledge.

Experience

This is a very professional environment to be in, you get to work with different people with different skills. People are focused and you can tell that they are not there to add numbers, they want to work their way up, it's very intimidating when you're new but once you get to know how things work it's easier and you get to enjoy the work environment more, some days are easier than others as the workload differs from day to day...but it's more preferably to be busy all day than just sit or finish early, the more work you get the more you learn and you get to solve new problems everyday it gives you that confidence moving forward...I enjoy working here because no one puts you under pressure all the time and you get to do things the best way you know.

Pros: More work more experience.
Cons: No overtime.

Great learning Curve, looking for a challenge

I have held several job title, this makes me a well rounded individual that can complete any task handed to me to the best of my ability. I have experience as a cell centre agent this has increased my telephone and social etiquette, and taught me how to deal with people in a rational and non rational manner. My administrative experience has taught me time management, and organizational skills to ensure productivity is always successful.

IT specialist

Phoning user to confirm the fault for a tech to attend correct issues and also to check if issues can be resolved remotely Assigning calls to a relevant tech to attend Assigning a call within 5 mins Phoning client to inform that tech is on his/ her way Monitoring the call until resolved Tech to confirm if fault has been resolved Phoning user to double check if he/ she is happy eith the resolution Close the call accordingly

Pros: They are no opportunities for promotion
Cons: No we work for 8hours , normal working hours
