First Job Experience

A typical working day starts at 8:00 AM. I give myself about 15 minutes of settling in (making coffee, connecting laptop and checking any emails I missed the previous day). I start working around 8:20 starting with work due on the or continue with my the specifications I write. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I know how to talk to them about almost anything. I make them laugh sometimes. I have learnt to appreciate being around people and be able to work and respect everyone regardless of their age and background. I have also learnt to give myself a chance and not limit myself because I'm a Junior. Being independent is what I've also learnt. I enjoy being recognized and the fact that I was able to build a good relationship with my co-workers. I also enjoy being put on the spot and have to do some work by myself and figure everything out.

Pros: An opportunity to kick start my career
Cons: Something I over-relax if there isn't work to do

Excellent learning curve

It's a very busy organisation, my department satisfies customer needs, ensuring that customers are assisted with emmediate effect. Mostly its team work, whatever that's needed by customer if one can't assist, you resolve users incidents as a team just so the customer is assisted. I have learnt a lot, mostly on Active directory resolving network issues, as well as both hardware and software related issues. The most changing issues it's when network goes down and affects the whole site. Following up with responsible engineers and try to troubleshoot. Huge volume of calls come in. Resolving user request is really what I enjoy in my job.

attending calls at Health department and clinics install and upgrade programs update antivirus we work with users everyday, i learnt so much with my core workers. i enjoy everything about my job because i interact with in every way.

Good learning curve

Its time for me to venture in to more senior position. Currently were I am is at a juniour level andbI am a controller for my accounts not a clerk. I have experiences of eight years of services in the finance department Debtors department employees get motivated if they get incentives. Currently there's no bonus no incentives which this is not motivating at all.

I worked as a Desktop Support Technician, my roles are to create users on AD

I worked as a Desktop Support Technician, my roles are to create users on AD (Active Directory),setting up machines for users, granting users permissions to certain mailbox and groups, helping users to archive, resetting passwords, unlocking accounts, remotely assisting users in regions, telephone configurations, repairing printers and loading printers to machines.

Excellent learning company

have a good relationship with the other workers,I have learnt a lot by the time i've worked for this company since now i have so much knowledge on fixing the computers and installation on the department of health software's such as bas and persal. The most enjoyable thing on my job is on troubleshooting and fix the problem and the motherboard challenge was the main problem for me
