Excellent learning school

My typical day at the office will start with my morning staff meeting and to ensure that all contract deliveries has been schedule and to action all escalations. My diary change every few minutes due to escalations and emergencies. I have a excellent relationship with all co- workers and staff reporting to me, they respected me and trusted me even with personal advice. On executive level I was called in to resolve issues and execute special projects. Internal and external escalations was escalated to me to resolve. I was the go to guy at Datacentrix. One thing that I have learn is that you need to focus on one thing and be the best at one thing and not try to be the best at multi position's. Daily challenges was to deliver service to standards and in time. My daily positions that I have fulled, Contract Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Operation Manager. I enjoy the challeges and the pressure but it would be better if I had support from my manager

Communication skills and team player

I have gained experience in SHEQ Department as a Quality Administrator position and was promoted to Quality Manager at Datacentrix, a company that specializes in ICT Solution. In my time here, I have implemented and assisted in the amendments of Company policies/Processes, trained Internal Auditors, Internal Auditing, financial purchases using a system, and kept up to date with the amendments of regulation and acts to include in the current documents. I have acquired better communication, planning and organizing skills. Relationship maintenance as well as building of new relations, cold calling and damage control as a few things I have learned and continue to perfect in my position.

Proven ability to leverage technology and deliver impactful related content

I am a self-motivated individual who is able to perform well under pressure. I have strong technical skills in servers, networks and in Microsoft programs support, I'm good in problem-solving & decision making. I am a team player and able to work independently and unsupervised. I also reach SLAs in perfect record time.

Cons: jumping to new job before old is finished.

Cultured and innovative company

I am a 27 year old female who has recently relocated to Alberton, I have acquired a Nqf level 3 and 4 and a ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation certificate. I have worked in a IT maintaining the certificate by coordinating and conducting internal audits objectives and risks , non conformances and reporting to top management

Nothing can hold me back

I thrive on the excitement booking new deals. Out of sight, out of mind, that's my motto, daily meetings with customers to understand their problems and provide solutions to excel their businesses. Communication, working across the organization to ensure that when booking deals all internal processes are met, Legal, Finance, Credit, Delivery, ect. As a team, we work hard and we play hard. I know every team members birthdays, anniversaries and show gratitude especially on that extra special occasion. You cannot operate as an island, team work so important and you have to excel at communication. The thrill and excitement when I ring the BELL for deal won, especially when I kick the competitions buts. Technology is forever changing. You must set aside time to ensure that you sharpen the axe to win in this competitive landscape.

I am currently working for an IT Company as a Desktop Support - Team Leader. My key principles are constant learning, developing and implementing a good amount of effort in all aspects of my life. This enables me to have the eagerness to learn about product/service knowledge, terminology and company protocol.
