Excellent working enviroment

Since CSIR is not a profit-driven company, our working time is flexible and deadlines are normally not "crazy". The people at the CSIR are very welcoming and willing to teach and learn from each other (T&C applies). We travel internally and locally for conferences, and that is awesome since the S&T is very satisfying. R&D is field requires people who are proactive and who can be adaptive to changing strategies very quickly.

Pros: Great opportunities for scientist
Cons: No benefits whatsoever
