a typical work day is being a cashier and giving customer service i have a very good understanding with my co-workers and we have respect for each other. so far I've learned how to work with a difficult customer and how the industry works. what i enjoy the most is seeing customers leaving with a smile and them actually telling us they appreciate what we doing and what we put in each day. the most challenging part of this work is when a customer wants a product and we don't have any stock or we don't sell what they're looking for and they start shouting at you or asking why we can't have the product

Poor employee work environment

In all honesty ,I used to like working for clicks ,but it has change reason being in the stores there is alot of things that happen which includes victimisation and hostility from management ,this company is a good company but how ever people make it bad n don't respect their stuff .it's the sad truth that what really goes on in the actual stores behind the scenes .and constantly being short and under paid .

It was a great learning curve at first but when times goes on , things started falling apart.

wewe wokr more hours with being appreciated . I h ave a grwt relationshipwith shopfloor staff onlý . I have leanrt tat tou dont have to hinder yourself and ways do things according to company's SOP's. Operating a till. Not being lbavig people who dont listen to yiu work

I am a dedicated worker, who can work well under pressure and with others.

Working at the body shop made me who I am today. Avery confidant outspoken person that I am today. Helping different people every day to show them how beautiful they actually are brings a smile to my face, because you don't get confident women. The girls that I worked with before that left the company helped me be me and they made the job fun. Ever since covid happened we have been cut and it hasn't been like how it was before in a long time. orki

Excellent and progressive organisation

typical work day can be challenging as new issues or opportunities to advance the business are discovered and must be acted upon. Co-workers are like family, and the open plan office contributes to this. The standards for delivery are high and people are held to them, so one learns to do quality work and learns attention to detail. The fact that each day is different is enjoyable - and the company is always changing . Little room for own decision making can be challenging.

Great opportunity to interact with the consumer

Working at Clicks has brought me the opportunity to grow my customer service skills that I have been molding through out the years, it has brought out the best version of myself at a work place and made me one of the best and energetic employees at our branch.

I am an extrovet person,team player and a good learner

Being a locum at different clicks have given me so much knowledge in the pharmacy industry.Last employed at medirite pharmacy as well it been a lot of experience for me.dealing with different patient and getting different script it had given me an opportunity to learn alot.I have 3 year experience in retail pharmacy and 1 month in the hospitality industry,i am doing well with prescription and over the counter medication.i am a team player and willing to learn and face everu challege at work.if i need information about meds i refer to SAMF for more information of speak to my line pharmacist .
