Excellent learning curve

It becomes more exciting and challenging. But we have good working relationships and build them positivily, I have learnt more about customer service skills and helping people with medication, what I enjoy most is dealing with different people and them leaving happy with the service, the most challenging aspect is having to deal with an unhappy customer but because I am a resolver, the customer leaves happy

They give me learning experience

working at clicks is very good they gave me training to various department on my on pace. My co worker we friendly towards each other we laugh a lot we interact with our customer's make them feel welcomed and spend time shopping.

Great work space to gain valuable experience

Wonderful place of hard working people. Delivering on company expectations and goals. Always meeting desirable outcomes in every situation. I have gained lots of experience in retail and training. I enjoyed the exposure to diverent business units as well different roles within my team. The most challenging part of my journey is the adherence to the financial constraints.

Willing learn

It is great to work as a team,sharing ideas and facing new challenges everyday, the most challenging thing is working with strangers but it is great to meet new people and socialize

Good learning experience

I love working for Clicks group even though I'm not yet promoted to the position I want but Clicks gave me a lot of experience where by I can apply for good position like service advisor/assistant manager and pharmacy assistant.

Cons: Sometimes I work more than 8hours

Excellent leaning curve

There is leaning curve that depand on your effort and hard work..some of the effort need you to pull up your sock's.give all your effort to listen and lean the basics of every step that you take will help you grow.

I feel I have worked myself backwards... No growth

I think if Clicks get the business plan correct will this company be a better place to be. Clicks needs to consider employees working from home. I don't understand the clock in ,& out clocking system.. Employees come to work where they finish they finish. Regards Aisha

Challenging but learnt a lot

Working for Clicks was fun I grew I learnt a lot of things about being in the management position yet so challenging there was a lot of challenges and a lot of pressure but one just needs to be strong to conquer all those one of the biggest challenges was the customers, dealing with rude customers on a daily basis but one just have to find a way on dealing with all those, I’m working in a very big store with more than 30 staff which also can be very challenging in can also get so busy where you have to work together with your staff having a good relationship with your staff is really important cause at the end of the day things get done cause you a team you work together,I enjoyed working with people I enjoyed helping customers with whatever they needed if if a customer left the store happy it also made me feel happy.

Excellent leadership and learning skills

No framework of management support structure. Leafing and managed several pharmacies within coastal east region and I was a mentor and trainer of new pharmacist. I enjoy being the challenge as well as customer interaction. Job is demanding and needs a level head and go getter especially if you want to be the best..bad part is no life balance

Excellent learning experience

I have learned a lot about running a business. Taking responsibility and ownership of my business and life. Training and developing people. Industrial relationships. Managing and controlling expenses Peoples skills e. g building good business relationships and meeting new people all the time. What I enjoyed in this journey of retail is that it teaches you about life and you become a counselor, a motivator, a parent and a mediator. It has defined me and with their beyonder program life has been much easier for me to accept who I am, to identify different types of people and characters and how to handle them. What I don't like is the working hours.
