Excellent learning experience
I have learned a lot about running a business. Taking responsibility and ownership of my business and life. Training and developing people. Industrial relationships. Managing and controlling expenses Peoples skills e. g building good business relationships and meeting new people all the time. What I enjoyed in this journey of retail is that it teaches you about life and you become a counselor, a motivator, a parent and a mediator. It has defined me and with their beyonder program life has been much easier for me to accept who I am, to identify different types of people and characters and how to handle them. What I don't like is the working hours.

I'm a fast learner to give efforts to every tusk i have for a day. I'm willing to work with a team to assist as i can. I'm a go get whatever i need to fully fill my career.

Great company
Assist clients with clubcard and product related queries Assist stores, clinics and clients with complaints. Assist clients with online shopping. Part of a great team. I have learnt a lot. I enjoy the insentives. To handle irate clients

My day to day varies but will be around: 1. Responding to emails relating to or seeking: a. Health and safety advice. b. Customer or staff injuries. c. Store reports on health and safety requirements. 2. Reviewing health and safety appointments and competency at the stores by Region. 3. Reviewing online document management data from the sites. 4. Responding to queries from various stakeholders. 5. Attending review or project meetings or departmental caucus. 6. Reviewing internal audit reports and store self-audits. 7. Updating data depending on the season. Feedback on Store evacuation drills and Area Health and Safety Committee meetings. 8. Sending notifications to launch health and safety milestone activities to the Operations Team. 9. Send out Health and safety Awareness Communications. 10. Store visits. 11. Informally/formally touching base with the Operations Management team. 12. Available on call.
Pros: Interaction with people and assisting at a time on need.

Excellent customer service
Good customer service experience. I love pressure because it makes me rush, introduces me to new things. I am so very exposex to super customer handling. Standard working hours. Working shifts are too different. Company haskts of growth but in my store there's none. I have been doing the very same things from when i was employed up until now. I am exposed and trained to supervising but i get rejected when i apply for the position. For me i feel used.

Great opportunities for management but long working hours, even on weekends and public holidays. Great learning curve with lots of retail experience

Assistant manager
Am Abel lebese currently an assistant manager at clicks group am looking forward to get a new post in the similar retail industry so that i can persue my carreer more,am looking forward to hear from you.i have learn that you must take control when you are a team leader leave by exaples so that you can be a role model of tomorrow i have enjoyed handling more pressure especially dealing with customer complains .

Excellent and great experience
Working for clicks as a trainee manager was truly a learning curve on how deal with different types of people, and dealing with finances of the store I am glad to say now I have great experience when it come to business, finance, computer and sales and I would love the opportunity to receive this job.
