Excellent working environment but I need a change and growth
Working at City of joburg I have learned alot and acquired excellent skills that I can share with others,and believe will serve as a great advantage for me and the company
Pros: There is great opportunity for professional growth
Cons: Working extended hours has been difficult as I have young children to care for sometimes having to sacrifice their time as a mother

Hard work with a not matching salary
Working for City of Joburg for the past 16 years is such an experience. Working very well with my colleagues. My day starts at 7 o clock in the morning and it ends at 4 o clock in the afternoon. It is a pleasure coming to work everyday. I work very hard and I have learnt a lot and still learning. I feel that the work that I am doing is not matching up with my salary. If I can get at least a raise in my salary it would be much appreciated.

Excellent work curve
it is a good company to work for and to empower yourself. however its not easy to grow withing the organisation. even though my daily work is interesting and pleasant coworkers it is easy to be too comfortable and stagnated at the same time.

I making sure service delivery is done practicing confidentiality filing telephone extricate health promotion managing office management collecting data every day and month

I have learned that hard work pays off
My duty was to load funds into smart cards, checking trip cards and attending to customer queries. We worked well with my team and I enjoyed acting as Supervisor when my supervisor was absent. We didn't have enough staff so I had to step up. Working with limited resources proved to challenging but we made it work. I have grown at personal and professional level.

Everyday is a learning day
Ive learned to share information to better the good of the company and myself .. I enjoy being in a team and helping each other with queries that needs detailed information. What i love abput my job is knowing that we take care of each other as a team

Procurement knowledge gained using Sap system , Microsoft Word and Excel
Was doing Creditors clerk duties such as creating purchase orders purchase requisitions,stock request orders, attending supplies queries, petty cash refund , monthly compliance report and office duties

Mainly deal with various service providers deaing with prourment of goods and services , OHASA complienceand facilities management and administrative function within my deparment.
