Good in customer service

I have gained so much experience in the finance and revenue department. I work very well with the team and as well individual. I have learned to solve customers queries. How to deal with. Difficult clients.

Pros: Was also acting ops manager for 3 months
Cons: Have put in extra hours and weekends when we were asked.

I believe that I have the ability to succeed in everything I do. I am a very hard worker and work well with or without any supervision. I am also a very fast learner and a humble individual.. I am a positive tribute to the company......

The most challenging type of work keeps you tip toeying

Is challenging in a sense of meeting and educating different kind of people from different back rounds and cultures . You need to prepare yourself every time and be willing to go an extra mile while you are not even appreciated by your seniors

Growth

I strongly believe that I'm suitable for this position given the knowledge and skills I have acquired through the time frame that I have been working in the City of Joburg within the Administration Department in Region A, as an Administration Assistant (Intern) I am an enthusiastic, reliable team player that is willing and able to develop new skills. I can handle pressure.

Personal assepct

Love challenging job, customer satisfaction, work as a team, achieve companies goals and objectives, solving most difficult assignment, I love to see happy customer or client. avoid unnecessary queries.

Pros: working in different departments, so i am unble to be placed anywhere withing Group finance

Being made a stand in manager

Sadly my contract ended with City of joburg but it was good working there for the past 2 years it was a great learning curve for me and the colleagues were so much helpful they made my job so easy because we worked as a team' I learned that you have to work hard for you to be amongst or be regarded as the best' the most challenging part of the job was that sometimes you had to work overtime which I was happily doing and during auditor general we would leave the office very late at night but I really enjoyed working there the atmosphere was great and the spirit of the employees was just excellent.

Pros: definately the was room for promotion.
Cons: yeah I didnt mind I still dont mind working overtime.

Good learning curve

Its a very welcoming environment where team work is key. All employees are cooperative,they have good interpersonal skills and communicate very well with others. I have learned that meeting deadlines is important especially when submitting reports. There is a lot of work so it is very challenging because i'm working alone, but i prioritize my work in order to stay organised.

Pros: I have an opportunity to be permanent only if i work hard
Cons: I work normal hours

 Computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)  Self-motivated individual with a well-developed attitude to work under any circumstances  Good communication skills and strong team player  Creative and analytical person  Interpersonal skills, get on well with people at all levels, easily creating a good working relationship  Ability to work under pressure  Seek out new responsibilities, challenges and growth irrespective of reward and recognition
