Grocery assistant at fruits and veges

I used to work at fruits and veges department where I make sure products are fresh and transaction processing to customers. Key skills I gained is for customer service, sales and inventory control Software skills which a gained also in my career are Microsoft words, Microsoft excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft outlook

Pros: love working with people
Cons: less communication on teamwork

Highlight of my career

Part of growth is willingness to learn every day. Looking back from where I started to now I can safely say growth has been the main highlight to brag about. From being a general worker climbing up to my goals is a daily goal. To date the most challenging but excited to travel through journey is my current position in Checkers. Working and running different departments is a challenge to any human. My favourite in all departments namely fresh department, back admin, front admin and sales department, sales department has been and is my personal favourite followed by front admin. To join your company will be much appreciated as I ll be practising what I ve studied and did in my history of working experiences. I am really looking forward to your response. Thank you Pretty

I've learned so much, customers service is very important and good communication

Checkers it's a big company which provides food, it needs people who works hard and willing to help customers with everything they need at that moment, we must work as team and be professional at work, I've learned to respect customers and be friendly with them, I enjoy helping customer if they need something with a good smile, the most challenges is when we must help a customer with the product which is out order, or when the particular product is expired we must do the double check..

Pros: working as cashier can lead you to great opportunity for bank teller because it's very similar job
Cons: 8 hours or more than that because it's about helping customers

I am a very fast learner

I am a team player and i always try to avoid conflict. I have learnt the importance of customers and the needs of professionalism in a work place. In a work place i love new challenges because they always push you to the right direction and you overcome any obstacles.

Excellect communication skills

I have good communication with staff, able to solve problems working at checkers give me opportunity to learn how to keep a customer happy always,on how to deal with any angry customer, how to keep calm any angry customer, how to solve a problem for the customer most of all I've learned that you have to always makes sure that you always give more, What I enjoy the most working with people because I'm one person who is friendly always smile and always help where I have to. When it's come to challenges it's when you have to deal with the issues, like when any employee will complain about her/his salary that is when u have to come in and out to solve the problem

I have learned more about stock packing and customer service in my current company

I am a hard worker anf my relationship with my co-workers and my management has always been a very cool one due to what I have been doing in the company. My biggest challenge is to fighting hard to obtain the management seat but my fate is inevitable I will one day be the manager.
