Excellent experience

I have to work long hours.My daily work that I do is to help customers on the front end, I help sometimes in the cash when there isn't enough staff in the office ,I make the front end Schedules , if my admin manager wants my help in the office I do assit there also. Since I'm working I'm this company I have been gaining alot of experience

Highlight of my career

Part of growth is willingness to learn every day. Looking back from where I started to now I can safely say growth has been the main highlight to brag about. From being a general worker climbing up to my goals is a daily goal. To date the most challenging but excited to travel through journey is my current position in Checkers. Working and running different departments is a challenge to any human. My favourite in all departments namely fresh department, back admin, front admin and sales department, sales department has been and is my personal favourite followed by front admin. To join your company will be much appreciated as I ll be practising what I ve studied and did in my history of working experiences. I am really looking forward to your response. Thank you Pretty

Good communicate

I worked in different departments in my work place(checker's) Relationship with my workers was good, and we had best working skills I learnt how to work with people more special those who have negative attitude Communicating with different people and ask them some few things about what they like in the store It when the manager shouting at you to do something while you are doing something else and some customers comes with negative attitude when you trying to help the customer to keep it right then he/she is gonna start shouting at you as if you done something wrong

Pros: hard working person i give my full effort iny job
Cons: i love working even extra hour but traffic jam could be the problem

Excellent Learning curve

Its been great working there ,I get along with everyone ,the most thing i like the most is to help customers thats bring joy to myself, I've learnt to interact with different kinds of people, I also learnt to work under pressure.

Excellect communication skills

I have good communication with staff, able to solve problems working at checkers give me opportunity to learn how to keep a customer happy always,on how to deal with any angry customer, how to keep calm any angry customer, how to solve a problem for the customer most of all I've learned that you have to always makes sure that you always give more, What I enjoy the most working with people because I'm one person who is friendly always smile and always help where I have to. When it's come to challenges it's when you have to deal with the issues, like when any employee will complain about her/his salary that is when u have to come in and out to solve the problem

Learning phase

This company was just a learning curve for me, I taught myself how to be patient and actually work under pressure . It is indeed a nice experience though the working hours are too much and the money is too little for the amount of work one works at.

I have learn respect for the customer and how to comunicate with other peaple

Am working a day shift,what I have learn is that all the time I must put all my tools in one place so I can save time,I have learn how coporate with diferent people so now I know how to deal with them

Great opportunity

Had great time working with my colleagues but the management it was not nice to work with them we didn’t have tea time and months end we wouldn’t go to lunch or when the big bosses arrive we won’t eat
