Till operator

I would like to know how longer does the provident found take to be available and I want to know more about the back pay if you have resigned and how long must you wait to be permanent and how to get promotions and the money of overtime

Pros: Over time money and the back pay, waiting period from being a casual to be permanent
Cons: Working hours are between 11 hours to 8 hours

I learned many things in the campany which I am proud of myself today.

First I like to thanks for the campany of giving me the opportunity and trust on me. The experience that I have gained in the past 10 years has make grow as person and as an employee. To the management and staff thought me many things like how to work as team. Even if sometimes is difficult we use to work together as team and solve the problem. In the 10 years I gained a lot of experience and knowledge again how to handle difficulties and challenges and take it simple, what I learned the most is how to handle costumer and what is costumer service. To work under pressure to me is like nothing to me because I life and love my job the most

Pros: In that ten years I started working as a till packer for two weeks, then cashier, front end controller and cash office clerk it makes me proud of myself and achieved because of my hard work.
Cons: To me working long hours it doesn't give problem because of I enjoy my work.

I am a very fast learner

I am a team player and i always try to avoid conflict. I have learnt the importance of customers and the needs of professionalism in a work place. In a work place i love new challenges because they always push you to the right direction and you overcome any obstacles.

HAVE GAINED A GOOD CUSTOMER CARE N MORE

JUST NEED A NEW JOB THAT CAN OFFER A BETTER SALARY THAT WHAT I EARN NOW, TO BE HONEST THE COMPANY I CURRENTLY WORK FOR, IT DOESN'T PAY WELL , WHILST IT OFFERS A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE. THE OTHER THING IS THEY REDUCE HOURS WHEN THEY HAVE TO INCREASE SALARY, SO THE MONEY DOESN'T RISE...

Pros: SINCE I AM NEW IN THE COMPANY, I CAN'T TELL YET.
Cons: NINE HOURS, DIFFERS ON SCHEDULES, COULD BE 8am TO 5pm OR 10am TO 7PM

The expirience l will never forget.

I was a till packer and front assistant where l was always meet new customers because l was packing . Always you must respect customers because are the business and wethot them there was no job.l enjoyed to packed fir the couple because if it their time to pay they will ague that who will pay...that was funny.l learn a lot in my previous job the was always a new things every day.l was good to work there

They treat us good as their employees

I would like to work in a office where i would use typing machine and have a good relationship with my people who we work on the same industry. I would like to give our customers good service so that they will leave a store being happy, and by doing that I'll increase the bottom line of the business.

Well adaptor many platforms in regards to managing and customer service skills.

Being a sale manager I was thought to adapt well to different people and working conditions. Achieve weekly targets and monthly as well as yearly targets. Making sure the store is running with out any problems and staff no what needs to be done at all times. Management of staff and updates of staff schedules. Rinning of systems and reports planning for the next day delivery and much more.

Pros: Great opportunity and getting wide range of knowledge of products
Cons: Long hours. Companies procedures Unethical. Some mangers are races

Learning phase

This company was just a learning curve for me, I taught myself how to be patient and actually work under pressure . It is indeed a nice experience though the working hours are too much and the money is too little for the amount of work one works at.

Pros: great opportunity to learn to work with people
