I`m very hardworking
we invoice on a daily basis. we have a lot of branches, where our technicians do fitments and we invoice all of them. It`s never a boring day. We assist the clients with problems I have a good relationship with my Co-workers. To finish invoicing before month end is a challenge

Stable environment
Stable environment but working hours are too long. No opportunity for growth or promotion. Management is very sexist and uses a lot of profanity. Overtime is forced and standby is unreasonable. Even your off days are not truly your right because you can be booked for overtime forceably regardless of whether or not you have other personal commitments to attend to.

I am a hard hard worker who is ready to learn.
I UI use to work 5 days a week and 1 Saturday in a month. In a good Day I capture at least 20 ptps and 10 debit orders. I have a good working relationship with my co workers.

Great oportunity for learrning
We worked as a family extremely supportive management team who are always ready to to assist with everything and anytime. Micro-management you are given a change to do your own work without being watched all the time and u have a right to your own opinions. Team building, leaving early on Fridays. Great commission and incentives. Awesome working working environment where everybody gets along and professional all the time.

I have learn alot from the campany for the 4 and a half year I have been t. Sametime it was very difficult at points where you have to do you teams work when they on leave or sick or maybe couldnt make it for work, didn't like working on weekends but sometimes I just had to, to make that extra cashhere

Excellent learning curve
Being able to work under pressure. Have a good relationship with the other workers as we are told that we must be a team, unity. I have learnt how to install trackers, discipline and dedication.

Good relations with colleagues , I have learned the importance of listening to a clients quer and resolving their problems.and I have the ability to work well under pressure
Pros: Working for cartrack was very nice problems u not allowed to grow once u’ve entered the control room position, u can’t apply for other positions as they pay little that the control room so there’s no room for growth

Great working enviroment
Cartrack is a great company but not a lot of growth opportunities and salary growth so in short i do not see myself fitting into the enviroment. I want a company where there is a lot of growth and allows me to expand go my full poyential, a company that promotes growth and empowers its workers and actually have a plan on how they can help you grow into better positions and acknowkedges your potential.

Excellent Learning Curve
At Cartrack daily we are given four Fitment that must be completely before end of day Nd if you complete more than 5 you get insensitive of those Fitment.uts a good fast growing company to work in
