Work under pressure. Friendly environment. Extensive amounts of contracts can be challenging.

Working hours are normal 8-5. Good relationship with co-worker's. I've learnt to work well under pressure and do over and above my requirements. I enjoy the friendly environment. Capturing extensive amounts of contracts daily could be challenging

Cons: No room to grow upwards.

They are welcoming genuine and warm. They practice the culture of mutual respect trust and integrity, w they help their staffs to be sustainable, they also help us to grow, the team work there is amazing, everyone helps each other and it feels like family. hich is from management to the floor staff.

Great experience

Being part of the team it's an amazing experience ever, yes there are times I will feel like giving up, but they will lift me up and carry on with our journey together as a team. For the they given me and the encouragement I am proud of them. I am willing to give this love to other people and create a combination of a better team working together in future. What I've learned is to always stay calm to avoid unnecessary mistakes. In every place I attend to there are challenges some I ask for advice and some I just attend to it my self.

Great learning curve with great experience.

I started at Cartrack as a normal controller agent. I was then moved to focus only on inbound calls due to the manner which I was able to handle the incoming calls and being efficient in resolving their queries. I was then appointed as the head of inbound calls. Towards year end of 2020, I got promoted to be the Control Room Supervisor where I mainly focused on both achieving the entire control SLA for both inbound and outbound calls. As 2022 began, I have been promoted to mainly focus on doing recoveries for both stolen and hijacked vehicles due to the understanding of vehicle behavior be it is off route or not.

Pros: I have gained a lot of experience through moving from one position to another.
Cons: Long working hours

It was an opportunity for me to learn more

It was really an amazing experience I have learned a lot with in myself and the company I am grateful for the opportunity. Its a great way for a young person to start of your working career, they have really showed me things and taught me things I would have never learnt on my own.

Good stepping stone

Great company to work for but not ideal to stay long and build a career as there is a minimal amount of growth. Well established and known, with a diverse array of individuals however safety measures in the production department aren't pleasant too.

Excellent learning curve

It was a great company for for a start up especially if u are fresh from. Sshcool. I love my work as you get to learn about different characters as we deal with different people, it is a customer service oriented company.

Fast paced environment with lots of challenges

-Making sure that all technicians are at their first appointments(this needs to be confirmed with both the technician and the client). -Checking on expired fitments and rescheduling those fitments . - Call client to schedule appointments either for fitments or repairs. -Constantly checking if the technicians are at their scheduled appointments on time. -Answer incoming calls and assist clients regarding their requests.

Pros: Managing or Supervising technicians
Cons: Irrate clients not co-operating
