Learned alot as i worked two different departments and deal with other departments often

Its is a very busy company, i am based at the head office we always assist the branching with any issues that they are dealing with i am basically the middle man when it come to the branches/franchises when it comes to solving problem. You are already working under pressures and there a daily changess made to make the company run better, we need go adpt to the changed very fast to make it easier for the branches and communicate it to them, it is abit difficult to communicate with them. Theres always a confusion somewhere.but we always figure it out. I work directly under the cheif executive of technical the atmosphere in our department is great we all get along very well. I deal daily with other departments within the company. So i learn abit from everyone.

Wonderful experience

The work environment is great however i fell overworked most of the time. There is not communication whatsoever between management and stuff and often feel that stuff is not appreciated nor recognized or rewarded according to their efforts. There is absolutely no growth nor promotions.

Pros: No promotions
Cons: Working long hours

Challenging

It's a great place to work but the work load does not match the salary. There are no real benefits offered to employees. The job is challenging but there is no room for promotions, if you do get promoted the salary change isn't significant

Learning Curve

A day Cartrack is a normal hectic day and always under pressure, the relationship with my co-workers was a understanding and professional one. I have learned a lot during my time here especially in internationals and foreign currency i have enjoyed that the most and most challenging aspects was meeting deadline or meeting the needs of two mangers who have different ways of doing work.

Pros: there is growth in the company but no equailty.
Cons: there no incentives

Excellent learning curve

Working with clients everyday. Not being late for appointment. Good customer service.. Good communication with customers.. I enjoy driving long distances.. Typical work day when you can't work because of rainy weather because we work outside

How to work under pressure

Cartrack has thought me how to work under pressure and meet targets and stay motivated to do better everyday and taking instructions,Good communication skills and giving instructions as well.

Great learning platform

A typical work day at my company includes interviewing relevant employees and inquiring about the procedures followed for various business processes. It is a fast growing company and offers great opportunities for growth. What I have learnt thus far, is to work at a fast pace and to be detailed and ensure quality work is submitted.

Fast paced environment with lots of challenges

-Making sure that all technicians are at their first appointments(this needs to be confirmed with both the technician and the client). -Checking on expired fitments and rescheduling those fitments . - Call client to schedule appointments either for fitments or repairs. -Constantly checking if the technicians are at their scheduled appointments on time. -Answer incoming calls and assist clients regarding their requests.

Cons: Irrate clients not co-operating

Excellent work environment

Good salary with excellent bonus's and excellent work environment .Cartrack has a training center for all the people in the company.I was trained on how to handle objections ,sales strategies and customer liaison. I have been with the company for over 3 years and have gained a lot of skills not only with sales but also work ethics. In 2015 was awarded the top sales agent due to my hard work making sales and my 100% Q.A scoring every month.
