It was nice working at Cartrack. Working environment was good , I have learn a lot from my colleagues and my supervisor, I also gain experience because it was my first time doing call centre.The people around that area was very jolly and they gave me a warm welcome first time I arrive there . The most challenging part was working under pressure, but I was working hard before the deadline to reduce the pressure.
Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: It was far and salary was not enough for me to travell

Excellent learning experience
I get to enjoy my day to day duties of daily client visit. You get to network with different customers on different kings of working level. I have a Good working relationship with my colleagues. I'm a people's person therefore it makes the environment a good working environment and pleasant to ne around. Personally i have grown my knowledge skills in the corporate world and i have experienced well throughout the time i have been working in the corporate world. My working schedule times. This will vary from time to time depending on scheduled meetings upon client's request. The issue that frustrates me is the Turnaround time to provide feedback to client's from other divisions in the business. It can take up to almost a week to receive from. You will need to literally phone and send numerous emails to get feedback which is totally unacceptable.
Pros: Lots of opportunities to grow in the business.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Very far from home and the traffic is a nightmare. I also have to travel on a regular basis which is difficult as I have small children.

Fair enough learning curve
Working at Cartack had been fun. Lots of work yes, but our manager makes sure that the 8 hours spent at work is worth while. In a work place there will always be conflict, but how to handle it is to remember what your there for. I have come to learn that people at work are not friends but colleagues, and should draw the line between the two. What u have enjoyed mostly is laughter we shared as a team. Meeting targets was always a challenge, but we get it done at the end.

Great experience working at a JSE listed company and getting Company secretarial experience.
I am currently an employee at Cartrack Holdings Limited as Group Legal Officer and Assistant Company secretary, assigned to attend to all legal matters within the business as well as assist with all company secretarial functions. My primary focus is all legal matters within the business as well as with the statutory duties of the Company Secretary. My experience at Cartrack ranges from commercial and corporate matters ranging from sales, marketing and human resources and litigation management. Cartrack’s head of office is based in South Africa, but my role extends to all of the branches within the group.
Pros: Great exposure and experience
Cons: Poor culture and little recognition for hard work.

A lot of experience and knowledge garnered throughout my time at the company.
My time at the company has been an excellent learning learning curve with its ups and dow s, such as constant change to work structures and rules which I've had to adapt to. So it is safe to say my adaptation into change come as very easily. I've garnered some useful information, skills and experience. .. good company for growth

Opportunity for growth and development
Need to grown and know more about salesthe company is all about reaching daily and monthly targets. One has to come in during weekends to endure more sales are made towards monthly targets. It's an all systems go environment that one has to adapt to. Changes can happen at anytime. One has to keep their eye on the ball at all times. Be a good time keeper and disciplined sales agent.

Learning curve
Cartrack might need to do a few adjustments there n there when it comes to growth opportunities.They must allow us to grow internally first before looking out side of business as motivation to their staff.Find fair measures that can be used in allowing their staff changing departments for either growth and conviniencey and as the staff we must have potential will for growt

Excellent learning curve
It is a huge company and it requires much energy, we are a team of 5 and we get more than 100 tickets on our help desk on a daily basis since we support the branches aswel. It gets hectic some days

Learning new skills
The current company I'm working is a good company though the management is not up to standard.if management could listen to the employees a lot could change drastically. My relationship with my colleagues is excellent there's always good communication in the way we delegate certain tasks to relevant departments..though the toughest part about my job is working with inconsiderate individuals around the working environment.
