@capfin am dealing with a different customers some of theam they are so difficult.but @ the end I have to provide an excellent services to our customer and I help theam with a smile and I make sure our client is happy so that they can came back ask for more .

Im self oriented,strive to became greater.

It's a great environment with many people from different back grounds and religion,it's nice cause we work as a team and working as a team pushes you to want to do better everyday,I've learned to be patient And to considere another person,I've enjoyed learning new things that the company developed and dealing with different customers everyday.

Pros: There is no growth that's why I want a new job.iim tired of taking calls and doing the same thing for over 3years without growth in the company

Financial Management

I have knowledge of data capturer and processing loans and document vetting. Previous company collection's aswell as customers queries and payment arrangements for the customers. I Have the ability to work under pressure and manage time keeping without any supervision and enjoy working in a team.

I really enjoy assisting my customers .

I'm working at new business department that is were we process loan applications and I also assist in the verting I validate proof of income that is sent by our customers. We working as team so there is no I in a team.What I have learnt is to adapt easily for any changes that we have. I really enjoy validating my customers documents.And the most challenging thing is that I need to always be accurate because we working with numbers and to read the script verbatim but not sound robotic or as if I'm reading.

Pros: The are great opportunity because there learnships within the company and vacancies.

Hard worker and team player

I am a hard worker, goal driven.always on pair in meeting my targets. I keep my time very well give my customers best service at all time with smile walking in customer shoes. I like to work with other people I'm friendly but serious about my job.

Cover Letter

I am a Quality Assurance consultant at Capfin. My daily duties is assessing the Document Vetting department. That is the department the receives the customer's documents. Consultants verify the customer's details. Feedbacks will be provided to the consultants that achieved below 90% on a Wednesday and Fridays. I have 40 consultants assigned to me. I have weekly meetings with the Team Leaders. Every month I have a team meeting with the consultant to talk about weekly trends within the team.
