Great stepping stone for my career

I am an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator who enjoys taking on new challenges. I assist the Brand Equity Manager by coordinating the implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans to build the brand in the market place. I’m involved in developing and executing TTL marketing campaigns to promote the brand, products and services to potential and current customers by maintaining promotional materials, planning inventory and coordinating and executing brand activations. In addition to my general tasks, I compile presentations and reports, as well as, assist a team of busy professionals with their needs. I’m known by my team as “The Fixer” or the “Go-to-Girl” for ensuring the office is run smoothly and that all aspects of the team’s work are filed and that invoices are paid on time.

Great learning curve

working at capfin has been a great and ideal process it challenged and strengthened me to great levels the competition among team members for incentives has been a motivator coaching from the team leaders and training processes during the month and when not meeting targets has improved my negotiation skills and handling my work better and come out a different employee, being a team player has helped me in so many aspects i had a team that was very competitive and it really challenged me to be on my toes at all times.

A highly motivated

Application Support job is very interesting and needs people who energetic, willing to learn and interact with different teams withing the company. As i said, my typical work day was to analyse, resolve and to find root causes of the issues. I have had a good relationship with co-workers,sharing information and assisting each other I have learned that working in such roles like these will need a determined person who is willing to lean, interact with people and a problem solver. What i have enjoyed the most was when i had to find the the root cause of the issues and manage to resolve or escalate to relevant teams, however is one of the challenging things because proper investigations must be done before escalating to anyone or teams.

It is a learning curve to be in this Compony with such many people in a different departments.It is nice thing to work with different people .The most thing I enjoy about being with the company its year end function .Apart from that they support people who likes to further their studies financial and they always enable them to attends classes every day.They give study leave when they writes exams.Above that they always have doors open for growth for an individuals, e.g promotioms, they allows people to grow within the Compony that's the most thing I appreciates about the company.

My career letter

In my role my role, I am responsible for Project Administration, Financial Management, active participation in the implementation of varied campaigns in the Contact Centre, Compile Reports, Stakeholder Management, arranging appointments, organising transport and accommodation, answering phone calls, taking messages and diary management.

Good working environment.

It's a good company but needs one to be outstanding. You need to be self driven and a go getter. Need to have a food product Knowledge. Yes the management made life a living hell for employees but we knew the reason why we worked there and what kept us going. There was no recognition for most employees.

Assessing of calls for plus minus 40 agents. 3 calls per week per agent Providing feedback to both consultants and operations management Monthly meetings to discuss trends with the teams Coaching to the bottom performers Support operations in coaching and advising on bad behaviors Weekly reporting to the QA manager

It's a learning environment, growing and opportunities

I been working for the company for 6 years now .. We work as teams and we need to check targets as a team...we always have team and department competition to keep you on the game...I have learnt alot in dealing with a customer and how to deal with difficult customers

Good communication skills

@capfin am dealing with a different customers some of theam they are so difficult.but @ the end I have to provide an excellent services to our customer and I help theam with a smile and I make sure our client is happy so that they can came back ask for more .
