Excellent learning curve

was an amazing working enviroment, we had different departments so internal post always available to apply and move to a different department, diversity in the workplace we had all kind of different cultures and tribes since the job was requiring to assist peaple who spoke different languages, I had great team work wel together there 20 of us, team leader was amazing had a history with her we once woked togother before and the management was good had meeting now and again floor visits, The company had a work load business was running always busy credit provider organisation, gained a lot of experience moving around the business in those departments, I personaly enjoy mostly Quality assessing was quite good in listening and providing feedback, one thing was most challenging was the working hours on weekends but one get use to their environment

It is a learning curve to be in this Compony with such many people in a different departments.It is nice thing to work with different people .The most thing I enjoy about being with the company its year end function .Apart from that they support people who likes to further their studies financial and they always enable them to attends classes every day.They give study leave when they writes exams.Above that they always have doors open for growth for an individuals, e.g promotioms, they allows people to grow within the Compony that's the most thing I appreciates about the company.

Great learning curve

working at capfin has been a great and ideal process it challenged and strengthened me to great levels the competition among team members for incentives has been a motivator coaching from the team leaders and training processes during the month and when not meeting targets has improved my negotiation skills and handling my work better and come out a different employee, being a team player has helped me in so many aspects i had a team that was very competitive and it really challenged me to be on my toes at all times.

Good learning for starters

I am taking calls on a daily basis and there is no limit of calls. I am a team player, we are divided into teams. I have learnt that you have to have good relationship with your colleagues in order for the team to perform. I enjoy being challenged and having good scores on my work.

Fast learner, time keeper

I am a characteristic and friendly person. I'm that person who likes cheer up my teammates and share information with each other. Assisting one another with our performance on how to improve it to make sure everyone is on the same boat. I have learnt a team spirit and never be shy to ask for an assistance. Respect my job and understand how it can impact the customer experience and how it will reflect the company.

Excellent learning curve

It was a great company to work for, lots of opportunities. It's actually one of the best call centres to work for. They take good care of their employees. Great environment, lots of fun.

Was on a underwriting project recently

Typical day would be rotational shifts from 7-6 and Saturday's included, I've got an awesome relationship with my team manager, Capfin also taught me a few things in life especially when it comes to personal finance not to spend recklessly and then to depend on loans which leaves you in debt. Them again it's awesome working at capfin

Pros: None really, just awesome team members
Cons: Long hours and weekends are not cool at all work till 4

Excellent learning opperrunity

Very good company to work for, great culture in the contact centre. They love to empower their employees and up skill them. The company has this amazing recognizing program to reward their people, the company location is central and easy access.

Not excellent earning

I enjoy being orientated team player, puntuality , customer satisfaction, quality of my work,team work also to work unsupervised, the skip levels meetings, company survey such asking questions to the staff members to see if the company is following the working code of conducts, the employers and employee needs are being monitored. What the company can do in order to keep their employees to be happy all the time. The challeging aspect of the job few hours because of higher competion between company and competitors.

Excellent learning curve

Capfin is my first company and I've learned so much from everyone there. It's been three years with the company it's time to move over to some challenging new things. Working in a call centre environment can be challenging.

Pros: Best place to start when u are from school
Cons: Shifts are boring
