Wonderful exposure to People's needs

Well I came to understand the importance of being meticulous with regards to details. Always working as hard as possible to meet deadlines. There is a continuous reshuffling of staff. Classism exists . Multicultural society. Opportunity to meet and work with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Good learning curve

Working as a Field technicians is great because you learn to be patient on the roads in traffic, dealing with different drivers you practice your skills, communication, listening and time management and priority skills. It is a team building because you communicate alot with your coworkers to get some work done if you are running late.It is challenging when you have lots of work and is raining and your car has mechanical problems that needs mechanic,that's when you don't like your job because you'll be in trouble with your boss
