Wonderful exposure to People's needs
Well I came to understand the importance of being meticulous with regards to details. Always working as hard as possible to meet deadlines. There is a continuous reshuffling of staff. Classism exists . Multicultural society. Opportunity to meet and work with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Good company to work for
Good company to work for,there's growth and great opportunities,I have also learnt to work within a team and as well as on my own. its a big company with different people from different backgrounds.It was a long hour shift and can be very busy at some days

Excellent experience acquired
I have worked for three campaigns since I was employed I have learned a lot as being an agent and doing all the admin work. As an employee I feel that growth is there in terms of programs that one can undergo but practicing to have more experience is lacking.I do encounter rough days working long ours and also worst systems to work with but every day it's a learning curve and I do the best I know how.

Positively challenging
Working here is not very pleasant as we need to dispute salaries every singe month, pay roll Issues are endless. They seem to care more about the company and less about the employees. How ever it is a great environment for growth and has challenges that push you to be you're best when it comes to customer service , meeting targets and working under pressure . Team work is key here and that allows you learn how To work with other people.
Pros: Great opportunity to make money as department I'm in has basic salary and option to make commission
Cons: Not being paid all the money, being cheated of your hard work, management is not easy to go and speak to about issue.
