Excellent learning curve

The working environment it was very good my employees were very nice and friendly.the systems that we used it was easy to know it.Customers were difficult some of them but I learned how to make customer to calm dawn and assist them.working hours were just fine but the problem was,I was supposed to work rotational shift but I was working late shifts most and I was paid very little money late shifts are expensive. Everything else was just fine I learned a lot

Excellent learning curve

Managing the team. Difficult but manageable Alot of work to do on a day to day basis. Assisting team member making sure everyone works well together. Giving each person the opportunity to show what they can do

Learning curve

Excellent working environment. Fantastic co-workers,and excellent management. Work days were good, crowded and very busy most times. I have learnt the value of time, patience with certain characters, and how to manage certain tempers from clients. I enjoyed working with people, seeing different characters everyday. Learning new technologies on a regular basis. Dealing with unruly personalities, getting bad attitude from clients and at times certain colleagues. Biased and racist personnel. As well as unsatisfied clients.

There is more learning and development it's easy to grow.

I work 8 hours a day straight shifts , the atmosphere here at work is good because i work with caring and loving people who are sportive. I have a good relationship with my colleagues because we support each other in so many ways. I have learnt being punctual and manage my time efficiently, good leadership skills and problem solving skills.

Pros: The system is easy to use.

Excellent learning experience

It was a very professional company strict dress code and great mentors. I learnt a lot on how to behave and work in a work place. I appreciate the opportunity I was given and I hope to make them proud.
