Assisting in adding to my cv the experience i have under customer service

I have normal working working days. same escalations every day and i feel my work is not challenging as there is nothing new to learn. i feel i need a new job experience as im feeling the need to grow

Pros: Great opportunity under Samsung as its a big company and they pay well
Cons: bad as im working under Bytes and the salary is not enough

I believe I am a perfect fit for this position as I have an experience already

I hereby apply for a post of Team leader Vacancy as advertised on the company internal vacancies . I have 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment along with 2 promotions, I started my call centre career as a Data Support agent where I did very well and collected two Top performing agent awards within a period of 9 months. I was promoted to be a coach for Prepaid and Data campaign new intakes, after the coaching project I was then promoted to a new C3D Data Cleansing campaign which I am currently doing. I hold a Technical Support Certificate and End User Computer certificate both from PC Training and Business College.

Pros: we have growth and opportunity
Cons: we work long hours and shifts

Quick learner

I have worked with people from high school, went to study for hospitality but couldn't complete due to financial problems but currently studying hospitality management , i am a hard worker and willing to learn new initiatives, willing to start immediately.

Pros: great communication and customer service
Cons: working on publics holiday

Learning curve

-having to investigate on fraudulent sales is not ideal as you need to put someone on the line of dismissal -relationship with co workers is professional and sometimes to an extend of being personal as we work together most of the day and consider each other as family -to be patient and understandable -our times together as co workers outside work, like team buildings -when we investigate agents on doing fraudulent sales and have to submit reports that would have them dismissed

Great company for fast paced environment experience

It is a very fast paces environment with weekly and monthly targets. Each individual needs to set their own plan and daily targets to meet their weekly and monthly targets. Each days includes a lot of administration, solution designs, products promotions and client visits. I have learnt quite a lot in terms of time management and coping with big work loads. Management is supportive to the staff when needed. the most challenging aspect would be when there are too many public holidays resulting in little time to reach your targets.

I hard working person,who thrives in challenges and willing to learn and gain more knowledge

My work is all about assessing the quality of service rendered to customer in calls. I monitor the performance of Quality Assessors; do calibration session for uniformity of information. Furthermore l compile reports and present them to the client. What l enjoy the most is the challenges that come with the role it keeps me on my toes, I have to be analytical identify any flows and recommend any process improvements. I have a healthy relationship with my co-workers in that l am able to draw line between personal matters and business. I have learnt a lot in the company this is evidenced by me raising the ranks from being an agent to a Quality Assessor Supervisor. The most challenging thing about my job is being zealous at times l forget that it’s about team work and get carried away complete the task without including the team.
