-having to investigate on fraudulent sales is not ideal as you need to put someone on the line of dismissal but yet important -relationship with co workers is professional and sometimes to an extend of being personal as we work together most of the day and consider each other as family -to be patient and understandable -our times together as co workers outside work, like team buildings -when we investigate agents on doing fraudulent sales and have to submit reports that would have them dismissed

Am a fast learner, like work as part of a team.

Am a fast learner, like work as part of a team. I'm able to cope with a setback and also learn from my mistakes. I am strategic, innovative, goal orientated, motivated consistent striving for a knowledge challenges and study who can work more efficiently even under stress and pressure. I have the ability to adapt to new situation with excellent interpersonal communication written and verbal.

Pros: I don't like to do favors , I prefer to treat people the same
Cons: I sometimes becoming against to someone if her/his ideas are incorrect. And i will make sure that i will rectify his/her views

Bytes people solutions helps people to gain experience

I thank the company so much ,it gave me an opportunity to gain experience and I learnt more about customer service. I did not have qualifications for call centre but the company gave a chance.. I can handle the objectives and can interact to different consumers. So now I need some thing more challenging that will also build a career

I have 2 years’ experience in a call centre , I started my call centre career as a Data Support

I hold a Technical Support Certificate and End User Computer certificate both from PC Training and Business College. I believe I am a perfect fit for this position as I have an experience already, I have a strong passion and it will be a golden opportunity for my career. I have a vast interest in implementing the knowledge acquired to date as well as learning as I go. I am eager to grow as far as I can. I accept that my abilities and acquaintance are an absolute fit for your department/company.

Pros: it is a great opportunity is just I want permanency and growth
Cons: we work long hours but I'm not complaining about that but I also want benefits

Outstanding leaning curve

I am fully equipped with call center telephony skills and expertise. I Can follow and implement standard operating procedures. I am well-versed with latest computer software of call centers as a result i was also a claims handler for insurances namely , discovery, miway.in total i have two and a half years in a contact centre environment handling incoming calls, providing information regarding company’s products, maintaining relevant record logs and answering customer queries making outbound calls , follow up and claims especially for insurances Demonstrated skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, exceptional proficiency with CRM software Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities with track record of working comfortably in large teams Full command on written/verbal English and Afrikaans Thank you for your time and consideration.

I didn't have much experience in Data call centre but I manage to come victorious

 Troubleshoot the routers if they are not connecting to internet  Troubleshoot the customers’ modems to connect to the internet  Assist in registering Vodacom blackberry subscribers to the mobile network using Blackberry Administration Software (BAS)  Use Helios software to lock and unlock SIM cards o Troubleshoot internet connectivity on smart phones o Troubleshoot and maintaining Internet connection on customers’ computers  Allocate data bundles to devices which are used for internet connection  Troubleshoot smart phones to make sure they work correctly o Create new emails for clients

Pros: I was promoted to be a coach in 9 months of being a top performing agent
Cons: there was no permanency or benefits

I started my call centre career as a Data Support agent where I did very well and collected two Top performing agent awards within a period of 9 months. I was promoted to be a coach for Prepaid and Data campaign new intakes, after the coaching project I was then promoted to a new C3D Data Cleansing campaign which I am currently doing. I hold a Technical Support Certificate and End User Computer certificate both from PC Training and Business College. I believe I am a perfect fit for this position as I have an experience already, I have a strong passion and it will be a golden opportunity for my career. I have a vast interest in implementing the knowledge acquired to date as well as learning as I go. I am eager to grow as far as I can.
