I have 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment along with 2 promotions

I started my call centre career as a Data Support agent where I did very well and collected two Top performing agent awards within a period of 9 months. I was promoted to be a coach for Prepaid and Data campaign new intakes, after the coaching project I was then promoted to a new C3D Data Cleansing campaign which I am currently doing. I hold a Technical Support Certificate and End User Computer certificate both from PC Training and Business College. I believe I am a perfect fit for this position as I have an experience already, I have a strong passion and it will be a golden opportunity for my career. I have a vast interest in implementing the knowledge acquired to date as well as learning as I go. I am eager to grow as far as I can. I accept that my abilities and acquaintance are an absolute fit for your department/company.

Excellent learner with passion to learn and strive to grow within the organization.

I started with the company in a learnership program as a call centre agent. Through hard work, after the program I was selected as a temporary agent with the company. Because of my good Key Performance Indicator score and product knowledge, I was selected to be a coach to the new recruited agents. And the recognition never ended there as I was selected to be a full time standin supervisor to a team of 12. Because of my personality, I found the position challenging as it did not suit me. After 6months on that position I decided to follow my passion and worked all my way to being a real time work force monitor. I enjoyed being a monitor, as I have passion in numbers. I also learned a lot through planning and call centre management through a monitor's perspective.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow within the company
Cons: Working in a organization with no grow nor motivating activities.

We have an excellent team spirit

every morning or Afternoon we have a 15 minutes break or meeting we call the huddle session, we recap on the type of queries we had the previous and what we were struggling with on calls , I have learned that not everyone is a fan of me and not every one can take my outspoken personality my wittiness and my bursting potential, but with that being said I still get along with everyone on a professional

Having exposure to a wide range of technologies & able to play a key role in diagnosing hardware and software problems and to ensure that quality solutions meet business objectives. Possessing a good team spirit, deadline orientated and having the ability to organise and present complex solutions clearly and accurate. I have pass my Grade 12, End User Computing Certificate, Service Technician (A+) Certificate, IT System Support NQF Level 5, IT Technical Support NQF Level 4, Microsoft Windows 8( Managing and Maintaining Windows 8), Electrical Engineering N2, and Code 10(C1) driver's License.
