I have achieved three basic cetificates.... First aid, shift running, SERVSAFE certificate
Working with people it's has been allways a great challage to me. Grwoing has been allways passionate with working with people deal with them face to face. Most of the time at work we apply something that is call team work becourse as individuals we cannot win but as a team we can win. All so I do the most task above to ensure managers are completing task in time also review staff performance. Allso look over ordering on micros booking invoice also making sure inventory status is balanced. Other member took customer complain as a negative statement of which the feed back that a guest gives I value it a lot because it's can mean two things we are doing something right or we doing something wrong.
Pros: You work hard you grow within the company

Hard worked
Manager to work with guest and be patience to a guest.hard work .I have learn a lot at burger king my experience its good thing that I have.but what I have learn some people take advantage they are use they power as manager.hard work it can pay you your work it has to represend you

Easy to learn new things, Good at designing, graphics. Driver , customer service.
I was working for burger king but not anymore . Am now looking for a job . Am always willing to learn new things and quick to adapt. On my last job I was really working hard at all times but it was just not my place. So I need to do new things

Great learning experience, and excellent customer service. Management training.
The is a great learning experience for everyone, it provides leadership for anyone who's willing to take the hospitality industry further in their career experiences. Customer service is on the top level, being highly trained on how to treat your customers. Management being given a great opportunity to learn and have more knowledge on how to handle the store as a whole. I was given an opportunity to train my co-workers and given responsibilities to handle my inventory and doing manager's & crew schedules. Doing daily reports, daily stock count and also monthly stock count. Training new management in the store. Being entrusted with the store.

Cons: Minimum salary and long working hours depending on the store you working at.

Motivated by challenge
team building in this company is key, most of thetime one will wprk long productive hours but since i am motivatd by a challenge and can work under pressure.

Excellent learning curve
I take cash from customers and I do suggestive selling and I make daily counting and I receive cash from customers as they pay up their orders and sometimes I am not only working in till only I also make food at the kitchen.

I enjoy my work everyday cos it has lots of changes
good oppotunity to work there they promote by fair and square they have good crew trainners and ability to work under preasure we deal with customers and we do what customers wand in order to profit we also create lots of educations trhu they well respective bosses and being fair everydaqy

Nothing at all
Nothing to write about it as to much favorisme in company a family store and no opportunity No benefits for The amount of hours working Sits a good place to work at if operations know what's happening at company and maybe change the mindset of them
