Excellent learning curve

Working for the current company its quite challenging, we have long working hours and whilst the salary its not satisfactory, but I honestly enjoyed working there in that company, I met brothers and sisters I never knew I had, we are family not just colleagues. What I have learnt is to be humble and patient, and I have learnt to deal with customers and this company has taught me the great customer service. What I enjoyed most in this company its training, as I was doing training, I really enjoyed the job title as this job taught me the worth of being patient and the love for people and engaging with all kinds and types of people. The most challenging part about my job is finding someone that is slow in learning or have difficulties with that, u have to find a way of explaining everything to them in a way that they will understand, so that was kind of challenging for me...

Good learning platform

the challenge in the organisation working with more than 50 people, they are different cultures, some they are fast learners, some are slow learners but you have to be patient and understand everyone. always you must put your self in other people situation, feel the same way they are. never judge people always show support to everyone, as you and your team you are having the same goal to achieve.

Pros: it was good opportunity to understand different people

Good working environment and great experience

Hi I am buhle Mtumtum a hard working person who is willing to work even if it's under pressure I have been working at burger king as a shift manager since from 2014 till now I promise hiring me I will bring a great experience

Pros: My duties as a shift manager is to do cash ups,pay ins,pay outs,spread sheet,counting,receiving stock,manage stock,cash management,handling float,staff roaster,coaching staff,dealing with customers satisfaction and customer complaints
Cons: 45 hours a week some times over times and insensitive

Great learning experience

Dealing with different individuals different personalities, in contact with customers on daily basis, taught me to pe patient,enjoyed working as a team. The long hours sometimes get to you but it's absolutely do-able.

Work experience

I've learned a practical skill on intercultural communication as the business consisted of different people, customer satisfaction. I was so nice and exciting working for Burger King as I met good heart staff as well as the management, I've also learn that in the work place you must be an understandable person avoid stereotyping and be friendly and open.

Pros: as a cashier there were promotion for a person who's sales were higher for the shift.
Cons: 9 to 10 hrs

team working, excellent sharing of ideas, proper handling of customer complaints, handling of cash. Also been able to deal or manage people from different background. Always showing care to customers that supports the brand

Good communication skills and driving turn over

I’m good on communicating with staff members and I have a good customer communication.I always raving fans when comes to customers.Driving sales and customer introspection runs in my blood.I love hospitality industry cause am good on it.I wish and hope I might join your company. Thanks
