Great learning experience
Dealing with different individuals different personalities, in contact with customers on daily basis, taught me to pe patient,enjoyed working as a team. The long hours sometimes get to you but it's absolutely do-able.

Learning curve
I have learnt a lot from the company since I love working with people,the environment is friendly,the period work with my crew is fine even though sometimes we feel it's not fair for us to get the amount of money we getting since we working so hard and also working night shift which doesn't have much of a rate,the most challenging thing is that you have to train new members everytime of which I enjoy training people cause it also helps me in reminding everything that's happening in the store.

Great learning experience
At Burger King I started off as a crew, mainly cashier but I did everything and was soon promoted to crew trainer and then shift manager because of my hard work and dedication. I learnt a lot about the role of a manager

It was a nice experience to work in the hospitality industry.
The experience was good as I said before.thw staff was soo professional and felt like a family.my highlight was assembling burgers then check if everything is still fresh to be used.most challenging days will be when we out of stock and you get difficult customers who specifically wants what they wants.i learnt a lot about team efforts and never to establish a relationship at work place it's not healthy.
Pros: Honestly opportunities are more but you constantly need to ask your manager about posts at head office
Cons: Long working hours, cleaning after closing store was the part I dislike.u get sloppy people and end up finishing late.

I have achieved three basic cetificates.... First aid, shift running, SERVSAFE certificate
Working with people it's has been allways a great challage to me. Grwoing has been allways passionate with working with people deal with them face to face. Most of the time at work we apply something that is call team work becourse as individuals we cannot win but as a team we can win. All so I do the most task above to ensure managers are completing task in time also review staff performance. Allso look over ordering on micros booking invoice also making sure inventory status is balanced. Other member took customer complain as a negative statement of which the feed back that a guest gives I value it a lot because it's can mean two things we are doing something right or we doing something wrong.
Pros: You work hard you grow within the company

Good learning platform
the challenge in the organisation working with more than 50 people, they are different cultures, some they are fast learners, some are slow learners but you have to be patient and understand everyone. always you must put your self in other people situation, feel the same way they are. never judge people always show support to everyone, as you and your team you are having the same goal to achieve.
Pros: it was good opportunity to understand different people

Excellent learning curve
I take cash from customers and I do suggestive selling and I make daily counting and I receive cash from customers as they pay up their orders and sometimes I am not only working in till only I also make food at the kitchen.
Pros: It has given me great opportunity to deal with customers

Good working curve
everyday at work good relationship with my co workers all the time so many things i have learnt from this enviroment so much experience. i think what i do mostly things at work those things makes me happy when something new been introduce

Gained more experience because was willing to learn
Good relationship dealing with different characters of people you learn other languages,there were listening to me manner of approach counts alot respect.ive learned a lot as was working doing everything in the office controlling stock ,admin,was enjoying being at work that was my 1st home we were a family
Pros: great as m started as crew members went to be trainer giving out the information that I had.. got management position I learned a lot
