I I a great team player and enjoy working with people themost thing that i leaned is tgat everyone mu At most cases the company wants everyone to work more hours and not get paid for it. I bealibe if aan employee works hard he/sge must be rewardes for it. I learned that time,consistency and assurance is critical at a workplace and mostly ohnestly with everything you do no subjects to that.st be treated the same.
