Iam a very hard working person I work well in a team. I get along very well with co workers io love what iam doing at the moment but I thing iam not being paid well since one is doing other peoples jobs also not that complaining but I love what iam doing

Customers service and SAP
Ensure that all put-away and picking of cargo is achieved timeously. Ensure that cargo racked and picked is correct for despatch. Conducting physical stock counts. Re-palletizing of cargo as and when necessary; Conduct Checkes loading and off -loading of road vehicles and Containers as and when necessary; Tallying inward cargo; Conduct Housekeeping at the respective area Conduct Chep Pallet daily counts - as per supervisors requirements Perform any reasonable and lawfull instruction as per Supervisors requirements Ensure SHEQ activities are mantained in the work area Implementation and mantainance of the 5s activties in the area of responsibility I Learn doing inventory and movement of SAP basis And Stacking and Racking. Good customer services And Dispatch

Exllence learning curve
Company grows employees Company works with profit Good environment with great colleagues The working hours are challenging Sometimes growtg takes long I enjoy that i have a lot challenging my mind everyday e.g. customer queries, other from our support office. There s a lot to learn if you're ambitious and a hard worker.

Cover letter
As my cover letter is attached to my resume. My skills will be a benefit to the company as im able to run a whole store following polcies and procedure and process flows running to standard. It is important to ensure the admin side of business aswell financial side is managed accordinly so that the general manager can focus on sales and profit.

An excellent experience
It is indeed very nice working in such a big company with many staff members as 137 whereby Team work is always our motto daily in order to make our work easily and the relationship with staff members becomes good at all times.i've learned respect for individual, always striving for excellence with our Team.I'm enjoying seeing our regular customers daily coming to our store in a possible attitude knowing that they going to get the best service ever because of the good communication and friendly faces they see on us everyday. The most challenging aspects of the job is not giving our customers what they need because that's where sometimes we lose sales because they going to go somewhere else for a better service and that lead us not getting like an incentive at the end because of not reaching our target.
Pros: Haven't been recognized for any promotion because the company policy have changed whereby you not supposed to work with ur relative member in the same building otherwise you not getting any promotion unless one of you shift to somewhere ,so im currently working with my relative member thats why i intent to look for greener pastures

Serve and assist customers and always sympathize with customers at any time
The industry needs someone who is reliable and responsible, who is self motivated to attainment of company's goals. Retail industry as a whole requires someone who is able and cable to adopt in hard times and he must be able handle every customers query.

A very sexiest, discriminative and unfair workplace.
A typicaml day at builders is very strainess. We arent given the opportunity to move up the ladder according to sales or our academic achievements. We eork long hard hours yet with less than a minium wage. Ive been part time for 4years yet never promoted to fullnyime. Company policy states i should be permanent by now.

Great learning curve
My time at builders warehouse has taught me to become a more mature individual, in the sense that I have Learned to conduct myself in the work environment. I have Learned to manage time wisely, deal and speak to customers in the appropriate manner, it has taught me how to work and think under pressure and I can also work in a team from my experience at builders warehouse. On a daily basis at the store u run into different challenges which require a lot of problem solving were one is required to apply problem solving skills,in some situations u would request a fellow colleuge to assist. We were given different duties on a daily and u have to complete and that was the challenging.
