This is a more construction kind of business but still cater for domestic sales, great place for engaging with a lot of business and suppliers. Learned a lot and very great full of the exposure and also learning a different way of doing business.

Trust worthy, friendly and hard working.
I was working for a good company. 40 hour in a week and two days off. Worked with money day in and out,started as a cashier then I became a refund clerk. My office was in the entrance of the company where I was working with customers who were returning and bringing damaged products ,machinery when I will book it in for assessment with the supplier. I also did filling, communication with the customers and suppliers, giving feedback to my front desk manager every week. I've learned how to work on my own and handling customers complaints, enjoyed when customers are happy and for sure I know that the company will meet the target. The most challenging aspects was when dealing with a customer who does not understand and Co-workers who doesn't explain to the customers when they helping them at the floor.

I am a very relaxed bubbly person who puts efforts to do each task with enthusiasm and a smile on my face.I am hardworking person and given work i can deliver it within the specified period of time. I look forward to challenges because they help me to grow. I like being involved in solving problems and i do not fear taking calculation risks.I am good with both mental and physical work and can do almost anything given the relevant instruction.My ability to pay attention to details as well as my level of analysis gives me the opportunity to successfully complete project with exceptional results.

Have learned to have a good customer service
I have learned to respect myself and also respect for individual.we worked as brothers and sisters like a family.the most exciting moment its when we on our free time laughing telling jokes and play games with customers.most challenging its when customers press a red button for poor customer service while u know that you did your best

It was not that bad to work at builders warehouse
At my current job l have learned quiet a few things just like working as team and which is the things that i like the most.l worked 8 hours per day from Monday to sunday.Lwould like to find a job that will respect the value of my life and encourage employees to achieve their goals .

Exllence learning curve
Company grows employees Company works with profit Good environment with great colleagues The working hours are challenging Sometimes growtg takes long I enjoy that i have a lot challenging my mind everyday e.g. customer queries, other from our support office. There s a lot to learn if you're ambitious and a hard worker.

A day as a Stock Control Manager is very busy, it typically involves planning, prioritizing and people management. You gain experience in problem solving skills, how to work under pressure and how to think on your feet. Administrative Filing to comply to Audit Requirements. Taking minutes in weekly meeting. Setting up Agenda, compiling Monthly Reports.Pull weekly and Monthly Reports. Interaction with clients on phone and face to face. Management is goal orientated and emphasis is placed on working together as a team. Co-workers come from all walks of life and it is a challenge aligning such a diverse team. As it is a retail company, it is very customer orientated and with this comes long hours. I enjoy adding value by applying my mind and saving the company money.
