Learn best under pressure
Working at my current company was a great opportunity in terms of learning how to work with different people from different culture and how to work with customer. I learn best under pressure,flexible and trustworthy person. I am an independent team player and I have a high level of organizational skills. Furthermore I am also hardworking person in any given task.

Good experience and staff development
i worked as junior manager at Builders Warehouse for more than four years and my job entails customer service, targets achievements and staff development. i had about 11 staff members who reported to me.

Excellent learning experience
It's a great company to work at ,Its a work place where you learn new opportunities and be able to communicate and assist customers with more understanding. A new challenge each day .The Co workers are great in terms of ensuring that any assistance that requires for the job they will help a lot. The challenging aspect of all is that when you have to assist customers who are difficult, but you have to be in their shoes in order to assist in what they need and get them satisfied when they leave the store with a smile. its a typical, but experience place of work.

This would be a new learning curve for me
This is a very fast paced position. I have 10 people reporting to me with whom I have a good rapport. I check all new engagements and terminations for the Permanent and Non Perm payrolls. This also will include weekly payments for travel and subsistence claims. Each day brings on new challenges due to the nature of the business and I have learnt to deal with the most important task first and work through the rest until all is resolved. I enjoy the diversity of the job, especially when the Payroll has been processed and the reporting for the different departments and bodies . It consolidates all that has been done and the payroll can been measured by what has been done in the month.

I have dealt with a difficult customer and I was able to assist on my own
I am a hard worker enjoy working with a team,can communicate good with other people in my past experience I have learn to listen before you answer and how to understand other than criticizing.

Great growth oppertunity
A tipical work day comes with his own challenges, working in retail is exiting, learning new things daily, learning to deal with different customers daily. And getting to the end of a satisfied customer is a happy customer. And in this way creating long term business relationships.
Pros: There is ample place for growth being part of a chain of 102 stores.
Cons: Long hours, no to little free weekends

Learned a lot about people,customer service
This is a more construction kind of business but still cater for domestic sales, great place for engaging with a lot of business and suppliers. Learned a lot and very great full of the exposure and also learning a different way of doing business.

Trust worthy, friendly and hard working.
I was working for a good company. 40 hour in a week and two days off. Worked with money day in and out,started as a cashier then I became a refund clerk. My office was in the entrance of the company where I was working with customers who were returning and bringing damaged products ,machinery when I will book it in for assessment with the supplier. I also did filling, communication with the customers and suppliers, giving feedback to my front desk manager every week. I've learned how to work on my own and handling customers complaints, enjoyed when customers are happy and for sure I know that the company will meet the target. The most challenging aspects was when dealing with a customer who does not understand and Co-workers who doesn't explain to the customers when they helping them at the floor.
Pros: from being a cashier to a clerk.
Cons: when working alone on Mondays 10 hours
