Excellent learning experience

Typical work day starts with a toolbox talk and then inpections of equipment according to schedule. Priority is given to breakdowns as the day goes. Otherwise we continue with projects or maintenance to equipment that is not in use

Pros: Great stability and additional benefits

I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY SUPERVISOR, ESPECIALLY WITH PROJECTS. I DO OCCUPATIONAL SURVEYS FOR IILUMINATION AND NOISE METER. I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY SUPERVISOR, ESPECIALLY WITH PROJECTS.-RESPONSIBLE FOR VENTILATION AND OCCUPATIONAL HMONITORING OF GREENHOUSE GASES, AIRBORNE POLLUTANTS, TEMPERATURE, NOISE AND DUST SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND OPERATIONSYGIENE IN ALL UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE WORKSHOP AREAS.ROUTINE VOHE SURVEYS (STOPING, DEVELOPMENT, ENGINEERING SMALL SURVEYS, ETC) AND REPORTING, RECOMMENDATIONS & FOLLOW UPS ON THE FINDINGS.I ENJOYED WORKING WITH UNDERGROUND PEOPLE.

More advanced payroll function

It's a very challenging situation whereby you work with different kinds of people from different cultures, handling payroll queries teaches you lot of things because is more than what you think,it include more department .Processing, garnishes,face funeral claims,dealing with beneficiaries also not good as you have to be careful and do ur own investigation

Time management, accountability, leadership skills, team builder, target orientated

Its a job that needs someone willing to work with people, have good communication and leadership skills accompanied by experience in job related matters. I've learned a lot in being part of the managerial position understanding the business operational aspects of the company.

Pros: No great opportunities for promotion and company in financial difficulties.
Cons: Long working hours over 12hours a day and no overtime pages for

No chance of growing

Growth is very difficult in mining companies, no challenges. No mentoring of other were needed. The leader is not easily clamped unless there's someone you know to hold your hand to the place that is meant for your career path.

Excellent learning curve and eager to learn.

I I had a chance to work in an environment where maintenance is well structured and spares available for the purpose. The teams were well organised for the work to be done and everyone well prepared.

Maintenance, installation of electrical equipment Team work and safety of collegues I have learnt the importance of team work and discipline Repairing electrical equipment To repair equipment in the shortest time because I have to follow safety rules

Pros: limited due to number of employee been for years in the same position
Cons: Working for long hours and callouts and shift is not a problem to me
