I have learn how to work with different kind of people

I have experience in both underground and surface, I worked at the plant for a year, and underground for 1year 6 months. I worked with different kinds of electrical appliances such as slip ring motors for the mills, vsd'svsd' s, induction motors, transformers, mcc's , locomotives, winches, pumps, telephones, dc batteries

Pros: I were given an opportunity to display my skills independently
Cons: I worked over times when was necessary

I would like to apply for above mentioned position.

I have worked in HR field for more than 12 years as HR/ER Practitioner. I have also completed National Diploma HRM and Labour Relations Management. Currently, I am working at Born to Protect Security as HR Manager.

Pros: manage all HR administration
Cons: represent company at CCMA

Fair.

I am have relationship with my colleagues. The challenge is that the work that I am doing does not match with my career goals.I have learned to cooperate with other workers and also a team work is imperative within the industries.

Co-workers are good they make you feel at home everytime. I'm enjoying working with them because safety is our first priority. We share problem so we can work freely.

The company rieview employee through performance monitoring

the company develop employee through training and the job is more challenging but interesting, I share common goals and knowledge and have learnt the importance of team work and discipline and enjoy fault findings

Pros: I have electrical technician qualifications and believe this will help me through development for future which will allow me to perform more advanced technical job in the position of technician
Cons: Overtime and standby is what I prefer to do

Excellent learning mycurve

Working at the mining indusrty had taught me a lot .the supervosors gives ypu an opportunity to work in different section to learn more and gain expperince on how it works in HR department and Time Attendance department .and i have learned that dedication is yhe only thing that can make you a hard worker in a work place and i enjoyed doing that .

Pros: The learning experience it was great because they let you work in different departmamets as a learner.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned most about safety aspects, especially due to the fact that my job involved employees lifes and my team was safety orientated as well. I enjoyed working as a team because nothing was difficult. We had a very great team which was not scared facing any challenge.

Pros: Working environment was good and management was open minded
Cons: Some jobs were unable to be done during the week, only weekends, but through team work, it felt much easier.

WORKING HOURS AT BOKONI PLATINUM MINE WORKING HOURS START AT 07:30 AM TO 3:30 PM , I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO- WORKERS . I HAVE LEARNT QUITE A LOT FROM THE MINNING INDUSTRY AND ALWAYS WILLING TO LEARN MORE FROM OTHER INDUSTRIES TOO. I ENJOY GOING UNDERGROUND BECAUSE I AM A HARDWORKER

Exposure in everything and other difficulties etc

I am a hurt working person and knowing how to handle some difficulties. And working as team of people .working on overtimes and standby. Am reliable and ,punctual

Pros: And am willing to relocate
Cons: Working eight hours a day and extra hours
