We learn to operate machine

There are lots of challenges like our co-workers or supervisor they give us different jobs but the problem is they have favourites like if theres a difficult job and the easiest job if they don't like you they give you the difficult job

Pros: There are opportunities at my work but problem is money
Cons: Working 8 hour per day and 40 hour per week excluding overtime

Experience worked with different kind of employees with different cultures. I am an honest employee who can deal with a lot of unique and complex situations that needs my attention and the resolution of that kind of issue. Respect is one of my key weapon since every employee deserve to be treated with respect. I have learnt how to handle employees 's attitudes and behaviours at the work place. I learnt leadership skills and its requirement. Reporting procedure to my superior. I enjoy team work as I get some new ideas relating to work and social, also clearing the deadlines. Reaching our daily target. Absenteeism is the most challenge, injuries on duty and not complying with statutory requirements.

I am working as HR Intern and having good relationship with my Mentor and i am learning lot from her. IMPLEMENT ALL HR PROVISIONING FUNCTIONS • Facilitate recruitment and selection process • Appointment on PERSAL • Translation in ranks • Management of probations • Dealing with transfers and relocations • Assist structuring SMS and MMS packages even though i am still learning from them

Learned time management is very imported at work

Being at bokoni tought me to work on within a deadline and bein able to handle preasure and being accuracy with what i doing ,and a typical day for me will be on apay day as have to make sure employee get thier payslips and the process of that handle all the pay quiries and other maters that related to payroll making sure by the end of business are resolved we the help of other payroll employee we work togethet in fixing arrors most best thing is that we supported one onother work as team to give best service to employee .

Pros: The payroll department has better opportunity for promotion anlike finance and HR department
Cons: The were not long hours worked

More advanced payroll function

It's a very challenging situation whereby you work with different kinds of people from different cultures, handling payroll queries teaches you lot of things because is more than what you think,it include more department .Processing, garnishes,face funeral claims,dealing with beneficiaries also not good as you have to be careful and do ur own investigation

I am a hard worker and i am a fast learner

I have learner to do entry examination everyday at the beginning of the shift,preparing a face by removing loose rocks, treating and removing misfired holes on the face or placing sockets plugs.marking the shot holes on the face and charging the drilled holes with expolisives(anfex or cartridges)..intiate the blast at the end of the shift so that the face will be blasted..again i have learned to work according to mine standard and procedures also to adhere to health and safety always. Working long hours is what i enjoy because it makes a mind active everytime.encoundering problems during the working hours is the more we gain work experience and how to deal with pressure

Excellent learning curve

Working in Bokoni Platinum Mine for me is privileged cause I managed to learn more than needed and to experience lot of things in my working environment. The people I'm working with they are so willing and very much respectful and helpful, What I enjoyed most is when we do our work more interesting by teaching each other what we know best ,that most challenging aspects of the job is when you find the negative people that will not help you even if you are overloaded with work, those who doesn't want to work as team.
