Although the job was challenging, it taught me to work fast, work accurately and to always be professional. The job was fast paced, kept every one of us on our toes and made sure we maintained professionalism at all times.

good day I work a a junior counter sales rep. my duties are to help clients with their contracts get them to sign them and release the vehicle to them. I do collections on vehicles and deliveries when needed and when they need me to step out of the office to pull cars from another branch I do that as well I deal with clients on a daily basses.

Pros: salary not that good no overtime and need to work on sundays till midnight.
Cons: I do pickup alot of experience

It's an agreat company

I love to work with the company, it's a great learning experience. My ability is to serve my effort to get a better leaving with more challenging jobs that will be offered . I enjoy been with people who like to listen to other people's complaints and give a help in any case to solve the problem, i like travelling and working with someone who like to do the same.

Pros: Would you help with training for better ourselves
Cons: I have no problem to work under pressure

There are some opportunities for growth

I am the administrator in the free state doing most of the orders for the region. I also assist all colleagues with anything that they need help with. I do all the fuel recons for the entire free state and Northern Cape region. I also handle maintenance and any other missilanious tasks that are required from me as seen fit by my manager. I work from 7 - 4 but rarely leave work before 1630m1700. I do not receive any overtime. I enjoy working with my colleagues

Pros: Some opportunities for growth.
Cons: Does not pay well.

I have gained great experiance and knowlegde working at Bidvest Car Rental.

I have currently been employed with Bidvest for the past five years, starting as a Junior Rental Agent and working my way up to a Senior Customer Representative currently. I handle various administrative duties as I am always willing to learn and assist my co-workers. I work at the front counter meeting and greeting clients I have extensive experience in customer services.

Great company but poor management and no room for growth. wE GET VERY LITTLE REGOGNITION ADN HAVE TO TAKE THE BLAME FOR EVERTHING WHEN IT COMES TO CLIENTS - THE CLIENT IS NEVER WRONG ADN ALWAYS RIGHT INSPITE OF THEM BEING WRONG AND NOT 100% AWARE OF TEH SITUATION. oom for growth.

A daily but developmental challenge

LA typical day starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm. I am a A reservations'specialist and I assist clients with day to day services through with assistance. I am a social butterfly, that talks to and gets along with everyone, and I am hardly ever in quarrels .

Pros: I meet new people each and everyday
Cons: Difficult client makes me feel like m not doing my job enough

Stepping stone, not a long term employment option for me

I love my co workers and find the work enviroment very pleasant. Management on the other hand have a superiority complex and talk down to workers and put too much pressure on people
