Good learning place with lots of growing potential
The working conditions are ok i have learnt patience and open communication skills with the drivers and clients. If you are willing to learn Bidvest car rental is the best place to be. However the job is demanding and quiet stressful, it requires a person who is able to pay attention and a fast thinker with diligence and problem solving techniques.
Pros: There is a place for growth and promotion hence you show dedication

Great opportunity afforded
Great learning experience, with a team that challenge me to always push myself to do better and allowed me to explore my horizon. I have achieved extensive knowledge accompanied with platforms that allow me to show case my skills and talent to the best of my ability. Conducive environment for human resources that focused on its target to me meet the revenue at all times.

Learned a lot from it and acquired high level of experience.
I work well with people. Met different people and saw lot of places I didn't know. Enjoy long distance trips. Most challenging aspect is when u don't know the place you going to.

Bidvest has been the best in the past 6 years of my life
A typical work day is the one where you leave home eager to get to work and start the day positively. A day that has many challenges and tests your skills all the time due to the ever changing environment of each encounter with customers. My relationship is the one where we all know that team work makes the dream work and that the success of the business depends on the cohesion and the co operation of the team. I have learnt that our customers are the backbone of the success of the business. I have learnt the front line and one on one interactions with the customers and made everlasting ties with customers who cannot stop with their positive reviews on the nature of service they have received. Resolve and Dissolve, when faced with challenging queries that have a turn around time where one needs to give adequate feedback that is to leave a disgruntled customer satisfied. Managing banking on mainframe and juggling the income and expenditures.
Pros: Motivation to prepare yourself for more challenging positions in senior management

I have gained great experiance and knowlegde working at Bidvest Car Rental.
I have currently been employed with Bidvest for the past five years, starting as a Junior Rental Agent and working my way up to a Senior Customer Representative currently. I handle various administrative duties as I am always willing to learn and assist my co-workers. I work at the front counter meeting and greeting clients I have extensive experience in customer services.

Great working envirnment
Handle Payroll Queries I had a great relationship with my co-workers I have learnt to treat everyone with respect because a happy staff member will give his best at work I enjoyed the personal interaction with the staff the most When I used to battle to resolve a Pay Query or adhoc payment on time for daily EFT cut off time.

Time management and multitasking skill building
My current position requires me to multitask by handling phone disputes, assist front desk, key-log keys and vehicles and update the system as well as contact the guest when a border warning is called in. A typical work day can happen in two shifts: 06:00 - 15:00 or 14:00 - 22:00. The night or evening shifts are usually understaffed so you run around more but that teaches added skill and patience. The relationship with other staff remains professional as we need to work together to get work done. I have learnt a lot of patience and excess human and administrative skills. Human Skill would include hospitality and communication. I enjoyed getting to know new people and test drive some of the cars. The most challenging art about the job is that there are never enough cars for the bookings, therefore you have to call around to find some. There is also a lot of different task that need to be done while handling guests. This usually means that you stay later to catch up with work you didn't finish

Cons: You do not matter and are easily replaceable

Excellent learning curve
The company do can delivery and collection to clients, some we have the parkings at all airports so that can be rented. After being returned we collect the car from the airport to the firm to be washed n clean and services check, then taken to the airport again

If you are looking for a hands-on kind of guy working in the trenches with staff
Not one day are the same as client needs differ I get along with all peers and subordinates- well liked by all Never to get stuck in a rut - go out there and make it happen yourself I am liking all varieties at the office - as shared - not one day are the same I would say the most challenging aspect - not to accept no as answer to all - if you believe it will be beneficial - work harder to prove it will
