I am a hard working , honest individual. I am a good timekeeper, always willing to learn new skills. I am friendly, helpful and polite, have a good sense of humour. I am able to work independently in busy environments and also within a team setting. I am outgoing and tactful, and able to listen effectively when solving problems.

Great learning experience

the job teaches alot from being responsible to actually getting yourself to work hard to reach your full potential but all in all its a great job even though the hours are very log at times but if you know what you want in life and you,re willing to work for it than i do not see any reason why one would complain because this is a learning curve on its own as one grows

It very strenous as sometimes we don't even take lunch. Start work from 6h30 till 15h00. We are a team of 2 rental agents and 4 drivers but we work well together. I have learnt that team work & planning is very important before you start working. I enjoy the fact that we understantand each other.

Pros: gained knowledge.
Cons: working under pressure with limited resources

I am working in an environment where there is a room or growth. we work as a team and i have learned that nothing beats team work. i get along with my colleagues. what i enjoy most about my job is that i get to communicate with customers .

My stay at BCR has been wonderful...but i need a change of working environment.

Working at BCR was just a pleasure everyday even on our busy days. My relationship with colleagues is outstanding and always learning how to be a better colleague. I have learnt that there are always people better and higher than me, that kept me humble always. TEAM BUILDING OUTINGS I ENJOYED THE MOST.

You must be focused and determined on what you are doing, All staff were treated as equals and were given opportunities to excel in their position. Management always encouraged progress and support for staff
