Excellent experience In all aspects

Excellent learning experience. And working with client and ensuring the deliverables of specific standard by conducting inspections . Long Working hours sometimes even weekends , which impacts one ‘s lifestyle. Great management and skill development conferences were conducted.

Typical day at the Office

A typical work day starts at 07:00 with a Safety and Production meeting, visiting site and doing site inspections to ensure compliance to legislation on site. At first, being new on a new site i had some difficulty gaining the trust of the employees. Two months later my relationship with the workforce is improved tremendously. They all know i have a open door policy and when i say i will do something i do it. Everyday is a learning curve on site working with large construction equipment and also comes with challenges especially when it rains. I enjoy every aspect of my job, the people, the work and being out on site coaching and mentoring employees to make them aware of certain risks and hazards.

Excellent learning curve

Working at Basil Read was wonderful, although it was a bit challenging at first as you needed to adjust to a few things, such as people and the surroundings. People were very welcoming though, it really felt like home most of the time. We even had trips to know each other a bit more and get to work better together.

Nasil read was a great learjing curve. The Company had very comfortable and welcoming environmemt. It embodied team work and growtg.. I was extremely fortunate to have been part of such a vibrant and healthy environment.

The working environment is provide adequate experience to execute the work and advise management and the Board of Directors regarding company risks and how the risks and manage to ensure achievement of business and strategic objectives
