I have done my level 1 with TWI(CSWIP),I have obtained my RT Interpreters with S.A.N.D.E
Prior to my 13years welding experience i have done my level 1 with TWI(CSWIP) and have done my level 2 but dont have funds to make payment for my results.My RT Interpreters i done with S.A.N.D.E If given a chance to exercise my expertise in my field of inspection i would prove to TUV that i am a great asset to their company. Thank You Kind Regards Mr.Carlo Selling.
Pros: Will be great to experiece what TUV offers.
Cons: it wil be sad to work long hours away from my family ,but if job requires me to work then i have to fufill what comany wants from me.

Had excellent opportunities to climb up the ladder
Typical work day , was exclusively shut down work, 7am till 10pm, every 3rd weekend of, got paid industrial rates, time and a half and double time, mostly got along with 95% of co- workers, what I have learnt is lots, different materials, carbon, chrome, stainless steel, niebas, boilermaking, what I enjoy most is to volunteer for extra work and to be told , well done, but don't we all? Most challenging was the long hours, for at times up to 3 months! !!

Growth opportunity
It is good because each and everyday am learning new things and they accept my opinion.i was given a opportunity to empower my self and they gave me alot of training to improve my skills.i have learn a lot and now I can see my self going somewhere with my career and keep on improving my self

Achiveable
I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities. I do this on Monday so that the rest of the week is well organized and we can effectively use our team’s time in exceeding client’s expectations and avoid Friday evening surprises. updating the status with the client, answering emails and calls from our global teams. My role involves extensive management responsibilities and staying organized is not an option.

TO LEARN FROM OTHER COMPANYS IS A GREAT PLAGER AND HONOUR TO MOVE FOWARD IN LIFE
FIRT OF ALL I WOULD THANK THE LORD FOR HIS GRACE TO GIVE STREGHT THAT I MAKE AN AFFORT TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNINGS TO GO TO WORK AND FOR ANOTHER DAY TO SEE SUNLIGTH,DAY BY DAY I LEARN NEW THINGS IN LIFE, WHAT ITS LIKE TO HAVE A JOB AND THE IMPORTARNCY FOR A MAN TO HAVE A WORK ASPECIALY IN THE LIFE STRUCTURE WE ARE LIVING IN NOW,PEOPLE YOU WORK WITH WILL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR ONE ANOTHER BECAUSE WE WORK TOGETHER EVERYDAY AND THAT MAKE US A BIG FAMILY AT WORK,YOU HAD TO HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIRP WITH YOUR CO-WORKERS AT ALL TIMES BECAUSE IT IS WERE YOU SPENT THE MOST OF YOUR TIME EVERY DAY.WHEN POEPLE ARE AROUND YOU AND MAKING A NOICE AND YOU HAVE ALOTE OF WORK AND YOU CANT GET FINISH WITH IT,ITS THE MOST STRESSED AND CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF A JOB,BUT THE IMPORTANCY OVER ALL IS THAT YOU ARE AT WORK, ITS WHEN EVERY ONE IS HAPPY AT WORK,AND WE ALL HAVE A NICE PRODUCTIVE DAY,IT IS A PLAGER AND HONOUR TO WORK FOR A COPANYSUCH AS BABCOCK,BUT SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO GO FORWORD IN LIFE.

Setup, operation and maintenance of the orbital welding equipment. • Develop weld programs from the orbital welding equipment for the numerous materials employed in the typical Eskom Boiler. • Advise and assist in the preparation of weld procedure selection • Where necessary compile such quality documentation as is appropriate for each project • Identify and facilitate the qualifications of the new orbital welding procedures where needed • Technical responsibility for orbital welding advancement within the company • Identify new automated welding technology opportunities Compile execution to ensure efficient completion of defined scope

Life in a project
My current position as a project manager involves quoting for projects, monitoring cost, safety and quality. putting control measures for the above stated leasing with customers for specifications needed and making sure that the construction manager understands the scope of work. I believe in team work and assisting each other to archive our goals, in my experience I believe that everyone is a leader of the many tasks that contribute completing a project. and as a project manager is my responsibility to ensure that all resources needed are available on time. I have learned that the success of a project depends on the team not an individual and there is no such thing as over planning.

Supervisor of 200 plus people
I have to ensure that this multi million dollar contract be handed over on time. The people that i am responsible for are very motivated like me and the are very loyal i have the ability to bring out the best in them. On this contract i have learned that team work is very important to have so many workers that look up to you for guidance is an incredible responsibility. I enjoy the feeling of success being on time with the contract and the upliftment of people. The most challenging aspect of my job is to see that the contract is done on time with all the safety requirements being met.
