Leaning very fast
we work a lot i am very happy in my work place , but i am just looking for something were i can work , but not weekends. To be successful through hard work and determination. This can only be achieved through receiving an opportunity to prove my worthiness. I am always neat and presentable with a high standard of cleanliness and order in my work place. My ultimate goal is to live my dream, that of finding a secure and stable working environment such as here.

Fast learner
This past year I really worked on improving my teamwork skills. After completing the Two weeks training, I had a much better understanding of team dynamics and how to contribute more effectively in the various roles and stages of team development. On the Representative process improvement team, I played more of a supporting role. Despite my heavy workload, I attended all team meetings and complete my action items on time.

To work to this company is very exciting,as I like to co-operate with peaple and explain everything that they do not understand about their policies,the exciting thing is that you learn different characters of peaple.My relationship with my co-workers is very nice because I am very nice person to them so there are no friction at work at all because we are working hand to hand as a team.I ve learnt that by being helpfull and nice to the clients you can build so many friends.The most challenging aspects of my job is that other peaple are becoming rood sometimes so Ive learnt that I have to be calm and also speaks speak softly so that the client can be calm also.

The love i have to my work
I love the work i do is challenging sometimes especially when dealing with peaople or client who know the law. My co-workers are very friendly we are the best team and they motivate me a lot because i am the youngest in the department. The expirience i have and gained from previous work makes me more productive in what i do currently.
Pros: is the biggest company and it has manny opportunies in it

Adaptable and quick learning with good customer service
I have experience in different work environments and understands that a happy client/customer equals a happy/ healthy business in a long run. From the various different environments; Retail, Food service industry to office work and Funeral services insurance company I have learnt that flexibility/adaptability, being a quick learner and hard work pays. I get a basic Salary of R3000 then the rest is commission. I consider myself fit and would try my utmost best to be an asset to any work place.

with my team or co-workers we work as a team work and integrity to take a company forward and I learn to work under pressure and I enjoy to work with people like client service

I am admin cleck and am doing payment of policy at our office we do all the recon and we working as a team work with my co-workers the most challenging is to work with client we need to make sure our client are very ha[[y all the time in order to take the compony forwad

My typical day
I look forward to heading to work on a daily basis simply due to the fact that I know what is expected of me and enjoying what I do makes it easy for me to carry out my duties. My duties would typically include but not limited to encouraging my sales team to be the best that they can be in order for us to not only reach the companies objectives but grow as a unit. I work well with others because of my character and the courses I have attended throughout my career. In my time serving I have mastered values such as self-efficiency, self-motivation and endurance to be the best I can be. I mainly enjoy challenges and I think it’s because of that Iam still looking forward to many more years in the industry. The most challenging aspect of the job is getting others to be on par with my commitment at certain times.
