Excellent working experience

I had to send and receive emails, receiving phone calls and transferring calls, helping customers I had to have knowledge of the company to advise. I had a good relationship with my colleague but not all of them. I have more knowledge of computer and telephone etiquete and assisting people. I enjoyed interacting and helping customers

I have experience working with clients or customers. I have educational qualifications. I am available now I can start working at any time.

I'm willing to learn as much as possible

working at my company its really tough as we earn only on commission, for you to get clients you need to prospect more to get more business. Working as a team its very important cause we share ideas, we identify problems we come accross no the field we also train as we discuss. The most challenging about this job is you dont earn if you didn't submitte, for you to earn you must work very hard.

Pros: If you have full qualifications and full credits nothing will stand your way to get promotins.
Cons: In insurance you work any hours you want it depends on your appointments.

I've learned a lot from my current employer, I always go extra mile, I had good relationship with my coworker, I enjoyed the most when I get an award for my high performance and the challenges it's when sick, for a long time, you will earn little income

I'm a hardworking, honest, reliable, motivated, focussed individual

it's a typical working day, dealing with customer claims, loans, surrendering of policies, cancelling of some policies when clients requests to do so, working in a team that very energetic, always willing to help, learn from each other on the a daily basis, I've also learned that we do not know all the answers,

Pros: it would present a fresh challenge, able to learn more about a different company, and oppertunity to apply my skills en knowledge in a new enviroment and to lean and addapt inot a new work enviroment,
Cons: when a challenge arise it should be seen as a learning curve and as an individual apply yourself in order to rise above the challenge

Excellent learning curve

Satisfying clients on a daily base, ensuring that the quality of work is of good standard, ensuring that the juniors are productive and achieve daily duties. I enjoy working with people and learning each others capabilities. I always learn new things as making mistakes is where I learn best. The most challenging task is to keep everybody happy.
