Good sales advisor

I'm working as a sales advisor, working with people is my hobby and team building. What I have learnt in this sales job is how to deal with different people and I like the competitive job and always be the best.

Excellent learning curve

I am hard working woman,who is interested on learning New and exciting challenges. I am always trying on my level best to do what is expect from me,been punctual, open communication and problem solving. I like to be advised by my superiors and I can also complete task on my own. I pride myself in training and developing people to always do their. I have communication skills with people and believe that respect should always be given

The love i have to my work

I love the work i do is challenging sometimes especially when dealing with peaople or client who know the law. My co-workers are very friendly we are the best team and they motivate me a lot because i am the youngest in the department. The expirience i have and gained from previous work makes me more productive in what i do currently.

Pros: is the biggest company and it has manny opportunies in it
Cons: the salary is very low for bread winner

DO I BELONG HERE

Busy working days Good relationship with co-workers I've learnt how to be patient, and excellent customer service skills I enjoy working independently but with in deadline The most challenging aspects of this job is the lack of structure from Management, especially in my Department. Rules and Procedures are not standard, they keep changing daily/weekly and I end up not knowing what's what.

Fast leaner

I am a fast learner and willing to know more about any additional admin task. Am computer literate and have vast experienced in admin work from some years back in other companies. I am a very passionate in working with clients. Also am a good person when it comes to telephone receiving and making calls. Also with avbob i have been able to design some funeral programs which had given me more practise in designing. Sometimes, i had to work more hour to finish up my design which this had taught me to be a very passionate person in doing my work and to perform a very welldone job. Hope my review wil reach ur fauvorable consideration and will be available in any convience time.

Excellent working experience

I had to send and receive emails, receiving phone calls and transferring calls, helping customers I had to have knowledge of the company to advise. I had a good relationship with my colleague but not all of them. I have more knowledge of computer and telephone etiquete and assisting people. I enjoyed interacting and helping customers

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF STAFF IN HEAD OFFICE ALONE, WHERE I AM EMPLOYED. ITS WONDERFUL TO SEE MANY NEW FACES EVERYDAY AND THE CO WORKERS ARE EASY TO GET ONN WITH, OUR VALUES ARE VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED WHICH MAKES WORKING HERE CONTENT. I HAVE LEARNT TO DEAL WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE AND I MOSTLY ENJOY HELPING THOSE AROUND ME, NEW FACES AND NEW CHALLENGES. MY MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS HERE ARE DEALING WITH SALARY CLOSURE AND THE PRESSURE INVOLVED AND DEALING WITH INJURIES ON DUTY AS I AM THE GO TO PERSON FOR THAT. LOVING IT EVERY DAY.

Pros: THERE IS ROOM FOR PROMOTION
Cons: NOT MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT AS WE ARE A BEE COMPANY.
