Working at Assupol is so good because I learned to work by my self, it's only commission based with flexible hours you only reporting to tell office once a week

Excellent

I'm a goal getter whom is self motivated to achieve all my goals. I'm enthusiastic about the business world, especially in the height of our maturing democracy, opportunities are endless. I am an open individual with a diverse employment background. This has afforded me knowledge from different customers & different businesses. I am thus able to deal & can relate with customers from low, middle & high end of the spectrum. This coupled with my ability to work well in a team has would make me a suitable candidate for your environment.

I have leaned peoples skills, how to treat clients and efficiency.

It’s a sales company that knows how to treat their staff with gratitude. I have learned so much being past of t em. It was a commuting based jobs, it had its great months and challenging months.

Pros: Great organizational culture
Cons: Long hours but it doesn’t bother me much.

Great platform to develop a solid career and life skills

Getting to know the client and satisfy their need on a daily basis. I enjoy getting to explore and interact with people from different cultures with different personalities. I am a team player and also do well when working alone. I have learnt to treat people the way I want to be treated and always respect everyone. What i find challenging is when we don't get same resources for the same job, results expected are the same but sometimes the resources are limited. This is a company where you can go from housekeeper to senior executive because of the opportunities provided to employees. With vision and dedication one can grow with the company as everyday there is a challenge and a chance to improve.

Good opportunity in the industry

This is a commission earning job and depends on your production per month.I and Co workers are only mandated to sell products and not full time employees.

Plenty of opportunities to grow and diversify, work as a unit.

There is plenty of room to grow and the structure allows for one to go as high as possible, just very high paced and always developing, .,thus one is able to quickly diversify and while still trying to identify an ideal path to follow.
