Poor standard

It's not an organised company to work for especially the office in thoyandou. We work as a team bt everything is done telephonically with head office so ita takes a lot of time to solve a small issue.

Pros: Great chance if some of the thing can be handled differently
Cons: Work and sometimes no pay due to long process of doing things.

Good

Good environment, the people are wonderful. The managers are great. The building has a canteen, easy access to food. The are no arms close by even though it's closer to me Lyn mall it is advised that you go there with a car. Good working habits. Good benefits for people that are in permanent positions.

Pros: Friendly co workers
Cons: 30 minute lunch

Excellent learning curve, there is high degree of accountability and responsibility

Everyday has a busy schedule ,from 8am to 4pm I have to prospect and close sales of at least five. This a challenging task that calls for aggressive marketing and skill because the market is intensified by many competiotors. Some clients will tell you that I have a better offer than yours hence it requires a sales representative who knows the product. The workmates are friendly however, when it comes to work there is a lot of competition which sometimes creates conflicts and jealousy. I have learnt that knowing your product is the principal thing and other skills will be added to close a sale. Challenging jobs helps to think outside the box and you become more skilled in trying to overcome the challenge. I enjoy to produce results that are unique and to learn new things . The most challenging aspect of the job is the clawback strategy on the salary.

Pros: unlimited rewards
Cons: Low employee motivation

Opportunity seeker

it's hard to working with sales members that are scared to communicate with client at most of the time, people that only going to work only when they"feel like working "at that time, when doing door to door selling we turn to meet with difficult clients that are not willing to give a person a chance to even introduced himself at working things turn to be hard knowing that you gonna have to wait for your earning after 3 months once the application has being successful and if not you won't be getting paid, yet u going on the field on a daily base with no allowance like transport or any way of calling your clients it has never being easy

Pros: Sales manager
Cons: Monday to Friday working hours

Excellent learning curve.

No room for growth though. Afrikaans is the order of the day as majority of management and employees are Afrikaans speaking. Consistently growing company.

Pros: Consistently growingcompany in this bad economy
Cons: They don't like change. Are not up to date withmarketing and branding trends. Extremely traditional to a fault.

Good opportunity to learn

You have to wake up day to day with a goal of at least signing three client's. Its hard but possible. You hardly see your coworkers as everyone works on their own unless you form a team. You only report to the office once a week to submit applications. I have learnt how to work on my own and how to schedule my tasks on day to day. I have gained confidence and good communication skills as well as selling skills. I have learnt how to win a client and get them to buy even when they didn't want my product. I enjoyed working on my own ours ast it was like running my own business. Getting potential clients month to month with no basic salary was really a challenge.

Pros: Learn how to deal with different peapel
Cons: No basic salary
