n/anoggreat relationship with colleagues, management at ease, work without supervision, great bonuses ,not happy wirh paying 100 percent on my medical aid out of my pocket, and no payment for overtime. work long hours with no appreciation from management. and no growth.

Journey with Assupol

Approaching different faces on daily basis is one of everyday occurances.Relationship amongst us is very important because there are times where you need to work as a team and where ever you stuck you need one another.I have learnt that every client is approachable the is you must have art of doing it. manner of approach is essential.I enjoy the final product when sale is successful because that what the company is paying me for.Challenge is that some companies are reluctant to allowe you to adress their workers

Pros: if you work hard you can move from being agent to management position
Cons: if you need money you need to work long hours

Excellent working environment

My typical job at the office I organize my bosses dairy, if he has any meetings outside the office I organize with the people that he will be meeting with on time, I organize his transportation, worst assupol has bedn nothing but great as I learn a lot of things and when you need assistance they are always there to help.

Working at Assupol is so good because I learned to work by my self, it's only commission based with flexible hours you only reporting to tell office once a week

I'm a goal getter whom is self motivated to achieve all my goals. I'm enthusiastic about the business world, especially in the height of our maturing democracy, opportunities are endless. I am an open individual with a diverse employment background. This has afforded me knowledge from different customers & different businesses. I am thus able to deal & can relate with customers from low, middle & high end of the spectrum. I have leaned peoples skills, how to treat clients and efficiency.

It’s a sales company that knows how to treat their staff with gratitude. I have learned so much being past of t em. It was a commuting based jobs, it had its great months and challenging months.

Pros: Great organizational culture
Cons: Long hours but it doesn’t bother me much.
