Opportunity seeker
it's hard to working with sales members that are scared to communicate with client at most of the time, people that only going to work only when they"feel like working "at that time,when doing door to door selling we turn to meet with difficult clients that are not willing to give a person a chance to even introduced himself at working things turn to be hard knowing that you gonna have to wait for your earning after 3 months once the application has being successful and if not you won't be getting paid, yet u going on the field on a daily base with no allowance like transport or any way of calling your clients it has never being easy

Review
I deal with day to day technical issues. Planning if changes and execution of said changes. I also provide leadership and guidance to the desktop teams and help-desk on how to improve service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction. Relationship with co-workers is generally cordial and professional, but we do have moments of fun and pleasure inside and outside of the working place Lessons I have learned in the last few years is to deal with people on an individual level, and not assume that the next person is the same to the next. What I enjoy the most is. To achieve targets and customer satisfaction while ensuring the department also fulfil its obligation towards the company’s targets. Challenging aspects will be ensuring there is a cohesion across department to achieve the common goal, and that is ensuring we all works towards the best interest of the company

Excellent learning curve
Since begging my working career I have been exposed to either customer centric environments within the Financial Services Sector. This helped me to develop a passion and drive for client relations and enhanced my client service and sales skills. Having worked for various organisation within Financial Services whether I have begun to appreciate the value these products add unto the lives of our clients and the responsibility I carry as the one who influence their decision to acquire the product. • The knowledge and skill which I have acquired in my career growth affords me an opportunity to assist my client to make sound financial decisions. • Within my current position I am tasked to ensure that I provide great client services advice, to our potential clients a role I take very seriously.

ACCURACY IN DATA CAPTURE CLIENT SERVICE AND ALWAYS REACHING HIGHER THAN EXPECTED TARGET IN CAPTURING
Working at assupol was very challenging at first. But I managed to work through those challenges. I aadapted very well with the people worked with AND we always worked together as a team. Often I help oh in Client Services. I have met a lot of people with different backrounds and personalities there that haa made me a much stronger person. What I enjoyed most is that we work together as a team and help each other where necessary. Challenges aspects is when business in brought in at the last minute of the day and managers want it to be captured before cutt off ends

Excellent service
Well done job I do to make sure my manager is happy deadline. Meeting difficult clients is not an easy task and preparing myself for the day is to pray for the best

Exceptional
Assupol Is one of the best companies that I have worked for, it has made me grow in terms of being work driven and potential. Even the most frustrated Employee is not necessarily a lost cause. When you receive a scathingly negative review from client/ customers try to avoid responding defensively, as this only escalates the issue. Instead, address their concerns calmly and offer to continue the conversation offline, as this Company has groomed me to that kind of of person Assupol is one of the best Companies o has worked for.
