It's what I personally feel, it's my perception
My day is always hectic, in and out of meetings and having to meet deadlines. Adhering to company policies and training employees on it. Always making sure that your department is GMP compliant and tha staff are aware of what to do. Reviewing and updating of company procedures. Con ducting and closing out audit findings. Training all staff and loading all training, etc
Pros: My job is important as i have to make sure that everyone working in the department understand how important it is to produce product that is safe for human consumption and i get to be part of that.

Excellent Learning curve
Excellent company to work for. I enjoyed learning the manufacturing process of tablet making and packing. I also enjoy the department I'm currently doing contract work in. I am just in need of stability and looking for a permanent, more involved with first-end customer, client or service orientated environment. I get along well with everyone in my Department and we make a great team. It is just a bulk to get through in a month to do reporting on.
Pros: Opportunities exist for going further

Excellent learning curve
i have enjoyed getting knowledge from a well experienced team. i learnt to understand anyone's opinion as it can change the way you see things. getting help in overcoming the problems i thought they are difficult was the one thing i enjoyed most when i was helped.

Good learning/ basic curve for Procurement future growth
to work in my company, gives you an independency to perform work duties and focus towards achieving target within given time. Daily work includes create requisitions, interact with Suppliers, source quotations, negotiate prices, delivery lead times. You interact with co-workers with regards their requests and expected delivery time. i have grown to work independently and focusing to achieve by contribute by supplying what is required towards targets setted for department most enjoyed moments is to deliver with in given time and be able to solve problems that could have created delays or lose to the company. most challenging aspects is when the suppliers can not confirm estimated delivery for orders and delays within the customs

Driven by an exceptional Quality Management System
I will review daily performance and have 5 minute meeting with teams identifying the good, bad and opportunities also getting ideas from ground level staff as to how we can best work with current processes and systems and improving it. Update and review KPI's and KPA's to ensure compliance this getting targets achieved and delivering on promised output, input to our internal and external customers. The most challenging part of my job is having to implement new ideas and technology as change is the biggest fear people have especially in a manufacturing industry as to how it will affect their jobs. Working with various cultures and backgrounds as with current economical and social environment it to can have an impact production - this where transparency and realistic goals are vital to motivate teams.
Pros: Development is key as employees are trained and give opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills to advantage of business.
Cons: Inexperience and lack of skilled staff at certain levels are costing company as it results in product and financial losses

Central Finance intern
Working at Aspen Pharmacare as an intern had been an amazing experience, most importantly, educational. Team work is essential and the core of the day to day. There is opportunity for practical experience at its best. I've learnt cash book, Accounts Payable and Fixed assets responsibilities. The challenges faced, are faced especially during the financial year end include fast paced accuracy with no room for mistakes. I love the variety I experience as an intern. It's very insightful.

Good Learning Curve
The experience gained while working at this company is invaluable. Over the years I have worked with a wide variety of people which taught me good interpersonal skills as well as conflict resolution. The type of working environment has forced me to learn good organizational skills as well as how to multitask and prioritise work.
Pros: Working for such a big company opens many other doors for you in the industry

Excellent report writing and coaching
Typical day starts with morning meetings to discuss the objectives of the day and targets required. I am great in coaching and mentoring employees and was involved in a project where I implemented a system to encourage and award high performing employees on a monthly using the company’s values. This created a healthy competition amongst staff and they are always willing to go an extra mile. The organization adopted the same system and now is implemented all across other parts of the country.
