.n I was enjoying to work overtime because my work was alwaysvupto data.I Go work with people which is called team work I s great.to work in the facility there is to much pressure and I learn more at the same time

Excellent place to gain skills

Working at Anova health is great although the work load is more than your job description says. There are great seniors that i work for, who are really motivating and hardworkers. Since working for the company my work ethic has improved and I'm willing to go the extra mile because of the discipline that was instilled in me. What i enjoy the most at the work place is the people I work with, they are a bunch of enthusiastic motivating people

Leadershiip role

Supervising a Team of five everyday and driving them to the sites to reach our targets everyday.supporting them for data quality assurance.weekly and monthly reports.Planning event for LGBTI community.target driven team.Team work spirit.negative attitude.disagreement arguments.getting closure.Mobilizing Men having Sex with Men for accessing our services and give them education,information support for safer and responsible sex.fighting stigma and discrimination in a society.Family and relatives acceptance of a LGBTI member.linkage of referral client to care and their follow ups.stakeholders partnerships.Good Communication practice.HIV Testing and counseling processes.Relationship between HIV and STI Infections.
